今年以来，蒲白分公司不断优化运输预警机制，紧密结合铁路线路运力变化，根据生产情况及时调整请车安排和车型，强化与统销矿井、铁路相关部门及装车煤台的沟通协调，确保煤炭资源与铁路运力的精准适配。

同时，依托“计划-执行-反馈”闭环管理机制，强化过程监督，优化压缩“储、装、卸、运”等关键环节作业时间，实现了煤炭运输全流程的可视化、动态化和精准化管理。

Meanwhile, relying on the "planning-execution-feedback" closed-loop management mechanism, we strengthened process supervision and optimized the compression of operation time for key links such as storage, loading, unloading and transportation. This enabled the realization of visualized, dynamic and precise management of the entire coal transportation process.

同时，为进一步落实“降本增效及内部企业帮扶”工作要求，蒲白分公司联合蒲白铁运公司公开招标，将煤炭发运业务转站至前河镇站台，并及时与国铁铜川车务段和前河镇车站对接协调，逐项落实铁路运力安排、业务开通条件及装运作业流程，确保煤炭发运不间断。新站台较原发运站点优势显著，不仅现场库存储量提升67%，也有效降低了短倒成本与铁路运费，为公司煤炭外运提供了更加优质高效的通道保障。

Furthermore, in order to further implement the requirements of "cost reduction and efficiency improvement as well as internal enterprise assistance", Puwei Branch Company jointly with Puwei Railway Transportation Company conducted an open tender. They transferred the coal transportation business to the Qianhe Town platform and promptly coordinated with the National Railway Tongchuan Freight Section and Qianhe Town Station. They ensured the implementation of railway transportation capacity arrangement, business opening conditions, and loading and unloading operation procedures item by item to guarantee the continuous operation of coal transportation. The new platform has significant advantages over the original transportation site. Not only has the on-site inventory storage increased by 67%, but it has also effectively reduced short-haul costs and railway freight charges, providing a more high-quality and efficient channel guarantee for the company's coal transportation.
