河北 张家口市重要生产资料市场监测系统显示，7月3日-10日，河北省张家口市煤炭均价为620.0元/吨，与基期持平。其中，动力煤（发热量5000-5500大卡）价格为620.0元/吨，与基期持平。预计后期将继续在合理区间内运行。

甘肃 7月21日，甘肃省政府新闻办召开“开局起步‘十五五’—奋力谱写中国式现代化甘肃篇章”平凉专场新闻发布会。据会议介绍，按照规划，到2030年，平凉煤炭产能达到6000万吨以上，煤电装机规模突破1000万千瓦，全面建成千亿级能源产业集群。

铁路 今年以来，哈密铁路物流中心统筹推进疆内电煤保供与疆煤外运“双线”任务及重点货物运输，优化运输组织、深化路地协同、强化设备盯控，分类施策打通运输堵点，全力保障各类货物运输平稳有序。截至6月30日，哈密铁路发运煤炭1277.74万吨。
