23日，在莆田出入境边防检查站移民管理警察全程监护下，一艘利比里亚籍“波西塔诺”轮运载79052吨煤炭在莆田国投湄洲湾码头10号泊位开展卸船作业。

On the 23rd, under the full supervision of the immigration management police at Putian Exit-Entry Border Inspection Station, a Liberian vessel named "Positano" carrying 79,052 tons of coal began the unloading operation at the No. 10 berth of Putian Guotou Meizhou Bay Port.

国投湄洲湾煤炭码头地处东吴港区，是国家“北煤南运”“外煤内运”大通道中的重要枢纽港、东南沿海最大的现代化专业煤炭码头；依托水水中转、海陆及海铁联运于一体的综合集疏运体系，扛起区域迎峰度夏能源保供关键重任。据港口部门统计，2026年上半年莆田口岸进口煤炭突破830万吨，同比增长超17%，能源物资进口需求稳步攀升。

The Guotou Meizhou Bay Coal Terminal is located in Dongwu Port Area. It is an important hub port in the national "North-to-South Coal Transportation" and "Foreign Coal to Domestic Transportation" major transportation channels, and the largest modern professional coal terminal in the southeastern coastal region. Relying on a comprehensive transportation system integrating water-to-water transfer, sea-land and sea-rail intermodal transportation, it shoulders the key responsibility of ensuring energy supply during the peak summer period in the region. According to statistics from the port department, in the first half of 2026, the import of coal at Putian Port exceeded 8.3 million tons, with a year-on-year growth of over 17%. The demand for energy materials imports has steadily increased.

为保障电煤快速通关，莆田边检站将通关服务深度嵌入港口生产链条，移民管理警察全天候驻点码头前沿，推行“一体化查验、全链条服务”模式。实体化运行数“智”中心，落实网上预检、优先通办等便利举措，持续精简通关流程；依托智能查验设备，搭配无人机巡航、海上执法巡查，构建立体口岸监管网络，全力畅通煤炭进口海上“大动脉”。

To ensure the rapid customs clearance of coal for power generation, the Putian Border Inspection Station has deeply integrated customs clearance services into the production chain of the port. Immigration police are stationed at the front of the port 24/7, implementing the "integrated inspection and full-chain service" model. The "intelligent" center is operated in a physical form, and convenient measures such as online pre-inspection and priority processing are implemented. The customs clearance process is continuously streamlined. Relying on intelligent inspection equipment, combined with drone patrols and maritime law enforcement inspections, a three-dimensional port supervision network is established to fully open up the "major artery" for coal imports at sea.

“依托口岸各部门协同保障，进口煤炭船舶实现‘即靠即查’。完成通关手续后，煤炭可通过铁路、公路、水水中转综合集疏运体系，快速分拨至省内及浙江、江西等地火电厂。”国投湄洲湾港口有限公司生产作业部副经理魏建春说。

Thanks to the joint efforts of all departments at the port, the imported coal vessels can complete the inspection immediately upon arrival. After completing the customs clearance procedures, the coal can be quickly distributed to thermal power plants in the province and in other places such as Zhejiang and Jiangxi through the comprehensive intermodal transportation system of railways, highways and waterways. Wei Jianchun, the deputy manager of the Production Operations Department of Guotou Meizhou Bay Port Co., Ltd., said.

莆田边检站边防检查处处长林鼎煌介绍，下一步该站将持续优化能源物资专属通关保障机制，深化智慧边检建设，不断提升口岸通关效能，全力服务区域迎峰度夏能源保供大局。

Lin Dinghuang, the director of the Border Inspection Department of Putian Border Inspection Station, introduced that in the next step, the station will continue to optimize the exclusive customs clearance guarantee mechanism for energy and materials, deepen the construction of intelligent border inspection, and continuously enhance the efficiency of port customs clearance, in order to fully serve the overall situation of energy supply guarantee during the peak summer period in the region.
