1. 明阳智能中标中电建甘肃100MW风机采购

7月8日，明阳智能中标中国电建天祝县100MW风电项目风力发电机组设备采购项目，将提供16台6.25MW风力发电机组及相关系统。  

2. 总投资10亿！湖南能源集团签约150MW风电项目

7月6日，湘能电投公司与湖南桑植县人民政府签订龙鹤风电场二期项目投资开发合作协议。项目规划装机规模15万千瓦，预计总投资约10亿元，建成后年发电量可达3亿千瓦时、年均纳税约1700万元。  

3. 华润江苏716MW海上风电项目，全部核准！

近日，华润射阳北区H2#40.8万千瓦海上风电项目取得江苏省发改委核准批复。不久前，华润响水H3-2#30.8万千瓦海上风电项目也获核准，合计71.6万千瓦获核准，实现了华润电力江苏海上风电零的突破。

据了解，华润射阳北区H2#海上风电项目位于江苏省盐城市射阳县东侧海域，规划布置34台单机容量12.0MW的风电机组。项目开展海上风电与网箱养殖、海上光伏和制氢的创新融合。华润响水H3-2#海上风电项目位于江苏省盐城市响水县近岸海域，计划安装28台单机容量11MW的风电机组，1.38MW桩基式光伏。

4. 19.7亿元！远景能源斩获600MW海上风电大单

7月13日，国家电投二〇二六年度第28批集中招标（江苏公司滨海南区H5#东台H7#海上风电项目风电机组设备（含塔筒）采购中标结果公示，中标企业均为远景能源，总报价19.68亿元。

根据招标公告，本次采购规模为600MW，要求投标机型单机容量≥12.5MW，单位千瓦扫风面积≥4.5㎡/kW。其中国家电投滨海南区 H5海上风电项目，位于江苏省省管区内的滨海海域，总装机400MW；国家电投东台 H7海上风电项目，位于江苏省省管区内的东台海域，总装机200MW。  

5. 240台10MW！新疆哈密国能240万千瓦风电项目获赋码备案

近日，哈密国能240万千瓦新能源项目成功取得赋码备案。

据悉，该项目是新疆哈密市一次性赋码备案规模最大的新能源项目，拟选场址位于哈密市伊州区东南风区，采用240台单机容量为10兆瓦的风电机组，投产后年均上网电量约62亿千瓦时。

6.陕投集团200MW风电项目获核准

近日，陕投集团榆林陕投公司榆阳区（二期）10万千瓦风电项目、佳县10万千瓦风电项目获陕西省发改委核准批复。两个项目均拟安装16台风电机组。  

Recently, the Yulin Shaotong Company of Shaotong Group of Shaanxi Province has received approval from the Shaanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission for the 100,000-kilowatt wind power project in Yuyang District (Phase II) and the 100,000-kilowatt wind power project in Jiaxian. 近日，浙江省生态环境厅发布《关于受理瑞安润洋新能源有限公司瑞安2号海上风电项目环评文件的公示》。

Recently, the Department of Ecology and Environment of Zhejiang Province released the "Public Notice on Accepting the Environmental Impact Assessment Document of Ruian Runyang New Energy Co., Ltd.'s Ruian No. 2 Offshore Wind Power Project".

根据环评文件，该项目拟安装30台金风科技GWH300-20MW风电机组，总装机容量600MW。配套建设66kV/500kV海缆以及1座500kV 海上升压站。工程总投资金额661084.33万元，年上网发电量187012万kWh。

According to the environmental impact assessment document, this project plans to install 30 Goldwind Technology GWH300-20MW wind turbines, with a total installed capacity of 600MW. It will also construct 66kV/500kV submarine cables and a 500kV offshore substation. The total investment of the project is 661,084.33 million yuan, and the annual net power generation is 1,870,120,000 kWh.

7月13日20时，中广核阿里改则5万千瓦风电项目首台风机成功吊装。该风机安装于海拔4765米处，创下中广核风电项目建设海拔新纪录。

At 20:00 on July 13th, the first wind turbine of the 50,000-kilowatt wind power project in Ali and Chertu by China General Nuclear Power Corporation was successfully hoisted. This turbine was installed at an altitude of 4,765 meters, setting a new record for the altitude of wind power project construction by China General Nuclear Power Corporation.

此次吊装风机轮毂高度110米，叶片长度94.5米，叶轮直径193米，扫风面积超过29万平方米。项目采用SI-19050型风机，该机型专为阿里5000米级超高海拔环境定制。

This time, the height of the wind turbine hub during the hoisting process is 110 meters, the length of the blade is 94.5 meters, the diameter of the rotor is 193 meters, and the swept area exceeds 290,000 square meters. The project adopts the SI-19050 type wind turbine, which is specially designed for the 5000-meter-high altitude environment in the area of Ali.

9. 兴安盟金风200MW竞配风电项目核准

6月30日，兴安盟金风20万千瓦竞争性配置风电示范项目正式完成核准。该项目总装机规模20万千瓦，总投资约7.2亿元，选址全域布局于科右前旗境内，由科尔沁右翼前旗天润新能源有限公司全额投资建设。

On June 30th, the competitive configuration wind power demonstration project of Jin Feng in Xing'an League was officially approved. The total installed capacity of this project is 200,000 kilowatts, with a total investment of approximately 720 million yuan. The project site is fully located within Koroqian Banner, and it is fully invested and constructed by Kolchin Right Wing Qianqian New Energy Co., Ltd.

10. 漂浮式风机中标结果定了！东方风电斩获

10. The winning bid for the floating wind turbine project has been determined! Dongfang Wind Power has won the contract.

近日，华能清能院17MW级漂浮式风力发电机组（不含塔筒）及附属设备招标中标结果公示，东方风电斩获，投标报价5399.2万元，折合单价3176元/kW，交货期为2027年1月31日。

Recently, the bidding results for the 17MW floating wind turbine generator (excluding the tower) and its affiliated equipment of Huaneng Clean Energy Research Institute were publicly announced. Dongfang Wind Power won the bid. The bid price was 53.992 million yuan, equivalent to a unit price of 3,176 yuan per kW, and the delivery date was January 31, 2027.

该漂浮式风机将部署于华能阳江三山岛一海上风电项目场区内，场址位于阳江市海陵岛南侧海域，场址中心距离陆岸90公里，水深51-56米之间，规划装机容量500MW，拟布置29台16.7MW固定式风机和1台17MW漂浮式风机。该项目固定式风机供应商为东方风电。

This floating wind turbine will be deployed in the offshore wind power project area of Yangjiang Sanshan Island of China Energy. The site is located in the sea area south of Hailing Island in Yangjiang City. The center of the site is 90 kilometers away from the land, with a water depth ranging from 51 to 56 meters. The planned installed capacity is 500MW. It is planned to install 29 fixed-type wind turbines with a capacity of 16.7MW and 1 floating-type wind turbine with a capacity of 17MW. The supplier of the fixed-type wind turbines for this project is Dongfang Wind Power.

7月16日，三峡能源发布《三峡海南昌江CZ5-2场址600MW海上风电项目可行性研究报告及相关专题技术服务中标候选人公示》。第一中标候选人：上海勘测设计研究院有限公司，投标报价：14,784,000.00元。

On July 16th, China Three Gorges Energy released the "Public Notice on the Bid Winners of the Feasibility Study Report and Related Specialized Technical Services for the 600MW Offshore Wind Power Project at Site CZ5-2 of Hainan Changjiang of China Three Gorges Energy". The first bid winner: Shanghai Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd., bid price: 14,784,000.00 yuan.

三峡海南昌江CZ5-2场址600MW海上风电项目在海南省东方市西北侧海域CZ5-2场址区域，场址离岸距离23-45km，场址面积90.3k㎡，平均水深在40m-68m之间，规划装机容量60万千瓦。

The 600MW offshore wind power project at the CZ5-2 site in Hainan Xichangjiang of the Three Gorges is located in the sea area to the northwest of Dongfang City, Hainan Province. The site is 23-45 kilometers offshore, with an area of 90.3 square kilometers. The average water depth ranges from 40 meters to 68 meters. The planned installed capacity is 600,000 kilowatts.

12.中海油、明阳智能加码海南3GW海上风电项目

12. CNOOC and Mingyang Intelligent have significantly increased their investment in the 3GW offshore wind power project in Hainan.

7月17日，明阳智能公告称，为充分发挥各方优势，根据平等互惠的原则并经友好协商，明阳智能与项目公司控股股东中海油（海南）新能源有限公司于2025年9月合资成立中海油东方，共同开发和实施海南东方海上风电示范项目。据悉，海南东方海上风电示范项目总规划装机容量为300万千瓦，包含CZ7场址150万千瓦和CZ9场址150万千瓦。

On July 17th, Mingyang Intelligent announced that in order to fully leverage the advantages of all parties, based on the principle of equality and mutual benefit and through friendly negotiation, Mingyang Intelligent and the controlling shareholder of the project company, China Oil (Hainan) New Energy Co., Ltd., jointly established China Oil Dongfang in September 2025, to jointly develop and implement the Hainan Dongfang Offshore Wind Power Demonstration Project. It is known that the total planned installed capacity of the Hainan Dongfang Offshore Wind Power Demonstration Project is 3 million kilowatts, including 150 million kilowatts at the CZ7 site and 150 million kilowatts at the CZ9 site.
