7月10日，国内首个煤制油化工领域的国家质量标准实验室在银川揭牌。标志着国家能源集团首个、全国煤炭和煤化工领域唯一国家质量标准实验室，正式启动培育建设工作。将填补我国煤制油化工行业国家级质量标准研究平台空白。

On July 10th, the first national quality standard laboratory in the field of coal-to-oil chemical industry in China was inaugurated in Yinchuan. This marks the official start of the cultivation and construction process for the first national quality standard laboratory in the national coal and coal chemical industry, and also the only one of its kind in China. It will fill the gap in the national quality standard research platform for the coal-to-oil chemical industry in our country.

实验室由国家能源集团宁夏煤业公司牵头承建，将聚焦煤制油化工全产业链，构建覆盖原料管控、生产过程、终端产品、低碳能耗、安全环保、质量分级的国家级标准与检测评价体系，重点攻克特种油品、α-烯烃、费托蜡、高端碳材料等前沿领域“卡脖子”技术，建立低碳产品评价、碳足迹核算等标准，面向全行业开放仪器设备、检测平台、标准数据库。

The laboratory is jointly constructed by the Ningxia Coal Industry Company of the National Energy Group. It will focus on the entire industrial chain of coal-to-oil chemical industry, and establish a national-level standard and testing eva luation system covering raw material control, production process, terminal products, low-carbon energy consumption, safety and environmental protection, and quality classification. It will mainly tackle "key technology bottlenecks" in cutting-edge fields such as special oil products, α-olefins, Fischer-Tropsch wax, and high-end carbon materials. It will also establish standards for low-carbon product eva luation and carbon footprint accounting. The laboratory will open its instruments, testing platforms, and standard databases to the entire industry.

国家能源集团将联动集团科学技术研究总院、化工产业研究院及高校院所，承接行业质量验证、标准研发等公共服务。

The National Energy Group will collaborate with the Group's Science and Technology Research Institute, the Chemical Industry Research Institute, and universities and research institutions to undertake public services such as industry quality verification and standard research.

煤制油化工国家质量标准实验室的培育建设，将进一步增强我国煤制油化工领域质量标准供给能力，为煤炭清洁高效利用、现代煤化工产业转型升级和国家能源安全提供有力支撑。

The cultivation and construction of the national quality standard laboratory for coal-to-oil chemical industry will further enhance the quality standard supply capacity in the field of coal-to-oil chemical in China, providing strong support for the clean and efficient utilization of coal, the transformation and upgrading of modern coal chemical industry, and national energy security.
