全国 近日，国家发展改革委组织召开2026年全国迎峰度夏能源保供视频会议。会议指出，近年来我国能源供应能力不断增强，为迎峰度夏能源安全保供打下坚实基础。截至4月底，全国发电装机容量达到39.9亿千瓦，较去年同期增加5亿千瓦。目前全国统调电厂存煤超过2亿吨，平均可用天数超过30天，处于较高水平。能源中长期合同实现高比例签订和高效履约，夯实保供稳价“基本盘”。预计今年迎峰度夏期间能源供需总体平衡，经济社会发展和民生用能用电总体有保障。

Energy medium-term contracts have been signed at a high proportion and fulfilled efficiently, consolidating the "basic foundation" for supply security and price stability. It is expected that during this year's summer peak period, energy supply and demand will be generally balanced, and economic development and people's energy and electricity consumption will be generally guaranteed.

国家能源局综合司近日印发《关于发布“人工智能+”能源高价值场景清单和组织开展试点申报工作的通知》，发布了“人工智能+”能源高价值应用场景清单。其中，“人工智能+”煤炭高价值场景有6个，分别是煤矿透明地质生产保障与灾害智能超前预警、露天煤矿自主采装与运输无人化、煤炭生产利用过程煤质快速精准检测与智能控制、煤矿重大设备健康管理与智能运维、井工煤矿采掘过程多模态感知与智能辅助决策、煤矿井下辅助运输具身智能机器人及无人驾驶。

国家统计局24日公布的数据显示，5月中旬，全国煤炭价格继续上涨。其中：无烟煤（洗中块）价格984.3元/吨，较上期上涨3.0%；山西优混（5500大卡）价格为835元/吨，较上期上涨1.5%；焦煤（主焦煤）价格为1557.5元/吨，较上期上涨0.3%；焦炭（准一级冶金焦）价格为1496.4元/吨，较上期上涨3.5%。

国家统计局27日发布的数据显示，2026年1-4月，煤炭开采和洗选业实现营业收入8747.2亿元，同比上涨3.7%；煤炭开采和洗选业实现利润总额1242.3亿元，同比上涨21.0%；煤炭开采和洗选业营业成本6193.8亿元，同比上涨1.8%。

陕西 据商务部重要生产资料市场监测系统显示，5月9日-15日，陕西省煤炭均价1201.5元/吨，环比上涨0.6%，同比上涨8.2%。其中，炼焦煤1411.7元/吨，环比上涨1.1%，同比上涨11.2%；动力煤707.8元/吨，环比上涨0.5%，同比上涨11.1%；无烟煤1485.0元/吨，环比上涨0.3%，同比上涨4.2%。

河南 河南省人民政府日前印发《河南省国民经济和社会发展第十五个五年规划纲要》。纲要提出，要稳定省内煤炭产量，增强煤炭调入能力。加大煤层气、页岩气勘探开发力度。要推进煤炭清洁高效利用，全面推进煤矿绿色开采和洗选，建设绿色智慧矿山。

湖南 据湖南省商务厅对全省生产资料流通市场监测数据显示，5月11日-17日，湖南省煤炭市场销售均价1156.25元/吨，上涨0.8%，同比上涨5.1%。分品种看，无烟煤销售均价1442.5元/吨，上涨0.2%，同比上涨3.2%；烟煤销售均价870元/吨，上涨1.8%，同比上涨8.4%。

Hunan Province: According to the monitoring data on the provincial production materials circulation market provided by the Hunan Provincial Commerce Department, from May 11th to 17th, the average selling price of coal in Hunan Province was 1,156.25 yuan per ton, rising by 0.8% and increasing by 5.1% compared to the same period last year. By product category, the average selling price of anthracite was 1,442.5 yuan per ton, rising by 0.2% and increasing by 3.2% compared to the same period last year; the average selling price of bituminous coal was 870 yuan per ton, rising by 1.8% and increasing by 8.4% compared to the same period last year.

宁夏 宁夏统计局数据显示，1-4月份，宁夏规模以上工业原煤产量3389.28万吨，同比增长2.4%。其中，一般烟煤3140.60万吨，下降0.4%；炼焦烟煤229.49万吨，增长72.5%；无烟煤19.18万吨，下降13.4%。1-4月份，宁夏规模以上工业原煤销售量1887.48万吨，同比增长15.7%。截至4月末，全区原煤生产库存211.08万吨，库存周转天数为13天，同比下降65.1%。

From January to April， the sales volume of raw coal by规模以上 industrial enterprises in Ningxia was 188.748 million tons， increasing by 15.7% year-on-year. As of April， the production inventory of raw coal in the region was 211.08 million tons， with the inventory turnover days being 13 days， decreasing by 65.1% year-on-year.

新疆 近日，中国人民银行新疆分行联合中国人民银行昌吉回族自治州分行等相关单位研究制定的团体标准《转型金融支持经济活动实施指南（煤化工行业）》由新疆金融学会正式发布实施。这是全国首个聚焦煤化工领域的转型金融专项标准，标志着新疆在煤化工行业绿色低碳转型方面取得了较大进展。

This is the first specialized standard focusing on the coal chemical industry in the field of transformative finance in the country， marking significant progress in the green and low-carbon transformation of the coal chemical industry in Xinjiang.

1-4月新疆原煤产量16976.9万吨，同比下降4.4%，环比下降26.39%，占全国产量的11%。

In the first four months, Xinjiang's raw coal production was 169.769 million tons, a decrease of 4.4% compared to the same period last year and a decline of 26.39% compared to the previous month. It accounted for 11% of the national total output.

广西 据商务部重要生产资料市场监测系统显示，5月11日-17日，广西壮族自治区煤炭价格1873元/吨，环比下降0.7%。其中：无烟煤、烟煤价格分别为1836元/吨、1910元/吨，环比分别下降0.5%、0.8%。

福建 根据商务部重要生产资料监测系统数据显示，2026年4月份，福建省监测样本企业的煤炭市场价格平均为1326.66元/吨，环比上涨2.4%。其中，无烟煤市场价格为1241.05元/吨，环比上涨2.9%；烟煤市场价格为1369.47元/吨，环比上涨2.2%。

Fujian: According to the important production materials monitoring system of the Ministry of Commerce, in April 2026, the average market price of coal for the monitoring sample enterprises in Fujian Province was 1,326.66 yuan per ton, up by 2.4% compared with the previous month. Among them, the market price of anthracite coal was 1,241.05 yuan per ton, up by 2.9% compared with the previous month; the market price of bituminous coal was 1,369.47 yuan per ton, up by 2.2% compared with the previous month.
