5月18日,随着大连港散杂货码头分公司完成一列发站为霍林河的煤炭火车接卸作业,大连湾港区蒙东煤炭中转项目正式启动。

On May 18th, with the completion of the unloading operation of a coal train with its departure station in Hulinshe by the Bulk Cargo Terminal Branch of Dalian Port, the Mengdong Coal Transshipment Project in the Dalian Bay Port Area was officially launched.


至此,这条辐射大连、营口、盘锦、丹东的“北煤南运”新通道,已初步形成“多点开花、全域联动”的格局。

At this point, this new "north-to-south coal transportation" route covering Dalian, Yingkou, Panjin and Dandong has initially established a pattern of "multiple outlets and full-area coordination".


辽港集团通过一体化整合沿线物流资源,不仅大幅压缩运输时长,更有效降低全程物流成本。这意味着,蒙东腹地的优质能源能够以更低廉的价格、更高效的方式输送至南方电力用户,真正实现了产区产能释放与南方能源保供的“双赢”。

Liaoning Port Group has achieved significant integration of logistics resources along the route, which not only significantly reduces transportation time but also effectively lowers the total logistics costs. This means that high-quality energy resources from the northeastern region can be transported to southern power users at a lower cost and with greater efficiency, truly achieving a "win-win" situation where the production capacity of the production area is released and the energy supply in the south is guaranteed.


辽港集团相关数据显示,项目启动短短数日,已实现蒙东煤炭集港量150万吨、装船量50万吨,为区域能源保供与经济协同发展注入了强劲动力。

According to data from Liaoning Port Group, just a few days after the project was launched, it has already achieved a coal collection volume of 1.5 million tons and a loading volume of 500,000 tons at the port in the northeastern region. This has injected strong impetus into regional energy supply and economic collaboration.


蒙东地区褐煤资源丰富,价格优势显著,长期受困于外运通道单一、物流成本偏高的发展瓶颈。

The Mengdong region is rich in lignite resources and enjoys significant price advantages. However, it has long been constrained by the single transportation channel and high logistics costs, which have hindered its development.


据悉,今年4月,作为距蒙东腹地陆上距离最近的港口,盘锦港率先发力,昼夜卸车能力从初期的3列跃升至9列,日均卸煤量超3万吨,一举刷新该港煤炭日接卸量历史纪录。

It is reported that in April this year, as the port closest to the eastern part of Inner Mongolia by land, Panjin Port took the lead in taking action. Its daily loading capacity from day and night operations increased from the initial 3 trains to 9 trains, and the daily coal unloading volume exceeded 30,000 tons, setting a new historical record for the daily coal unloading capacity of this port.


与此同时,营口、丹东、大连三大港区依托成熟的作业体系,形成差异化、互补型的协同发展格局。各港区结合自身堆存能力与环保标准科学调配资源,客户可根据物流成本自主择港。这种市场化配置机制,让这条能源大动脉不仅畅通无阻,更实现了高效运转。

Meanwhile, the three major port areas of Yingkou, Dandong and Dalian have, relying on their mature operation systems, formed a differentiated and complementary coordinated development pattern. Each port area scientifically allocates resources based on its own storage capacity and environmental protection standards, and customers can choose the port according to their logistics costs. This market-oriented allocation mechanism has ensured not only the unobstructed flow of this energy artery, but also its efficient operation.


为进一步放大通道效应,辽港集团联动铁路、航运、工矿、贸易等多方主体,成功搭建蒙煤港口贸易平台。目前,港区已形成到港接货、矿企直供、港口平舱等多种贸易模式,港前交易热度持续攀升。同时,集团针对不同贸易类型客户定制专属物流方案,全力打造内蒙古东北矿区及蒙俄口岸煤炭水路南下的“黄金走廊”。
