Focusing on the development of the solvated styrene-butadiene rubber project, Xing Jieyu immersed herself in the laboratory, and the company fully supported her to complete some characterization experiments at the cooperating university. After multiple rounds of research and development, the new product achieved a synergistic optimization in terms of anti-wet skid performance and rolling resistance.

中国科学技术大学入企实践研究生杨开泰针对聚乙烯管材长期性能评价周期长这一行业痛点，扎根实验室开展蠕变、应力松弛等大量实验，成功建立聚乙烯管材料短周期力学响应评价模型，研究成果顺利转化为企业攻关项目的重要基础数据。

Yang Kaite, a postgraduate student from the University of Science and Technology of China who engaged in enterprise practice, addressed the industry's pain point of the long eva luation cycle for the long-term performance of polyethylene pipes. He conducted numerous experiments such as creep and stress relaxation in the laboratory and successfully established a short-cycle mechanical response eva luation model for polyethylene pipe materials. The research results were successfully transformed into important basic data for enterprise research and development projects.
