8月28日国内成品油价格调整以来，美伊冲突再度升级，国际市场原油价格持续大幅上涨，特别是中东地区原油价格再次出现异常上涨。为减缓国际油价上涨对国内的冲击，保障经济平稳运行和社会民生，在保持现行价格机制框架的基础上，对国内成品油价格采取临时调控措施。

Since the domestic oil price adjustment on August 28th, the conflict between the United States and Iran has escalated once again. The international crude oil prices have continued to rise significantly, especially the prices of crude oil in the Middle East have experienced abnormal increases once more. To mitigate the impact of the rising international oil prices on the domestic economy and ensure the stable operation of the economy and social livelihoods, while maintaining the current price mechanism framework, temporary regulatory measures will be implemented for the domestic oil prices.

根据现行价格机制计算，9月11日国内汽、柴油（标准品）价格每吨分别应上调435元、420元，调控后实际上调260元、250元。

According to the current pricing mechanism, the domestic prices of gasoline and diesel (standard grade) should have been raised by 435 yuan and 420 yuan per ton on September 11. After the adjustment, the actual increase was 260 yuan and 250 yuan respectively.

国家发展改革委将指导成品油生产销售企业全力做好成品油生产和调运，确保市场稳定供应，并配合有关部门加大市场监督检查力度，严厉查处不执行国家价格政策等违法违规行为，切实维护市场秩序，保护消费者利益。

The National Development and Reform Commission will guide the oil production and sales enterprises to fully ensure the production and distribution of refined oil, guaranteeing stable supply to the market. It will also cooperate with relevant departments to intensify market supervision and inspection, severely punish illegal and irregular behaviors such as failure to implement national price policies, and effectively maintain market order and protect consumers' interests.
