中国石油网消息 9月3日获悉，抚顺石化公司今年首艘成品油发运任务圆满完成，为进一步拓展海外市场、优化资源配置打通了关键通道，创效2700万元。

China Oil News: On September 3rd, it was learned that the first shipment of refined oil by Fushun Petrochemical Company this year has been successfully completed. This achievement has opened up a crucial channel for further expanding overseas markets and optimizing resource allocation, generating a profit of 27 million yuan.

年初以来，抚顺石化公司科学编制油品出口发运专项方案，逐层分解工作任务，压茬推进各项举措，确保全流程工作闭环衔接、高效落地。为保障装船作业安全、质量双达标，公司全面梳理油品输转、装船作业、油品计量等核心环节的工作要点，对输油管线、输送泵体、流量计量设备、消防安防设施等关键装置开展全方位排查、调试与校验。截至目前，公司已顺利完成3批次油品集输作业，并管输至鲅鱼圈作业区，全程实现油品优质合规。

It has broken down the tasks layer by layer and pushed forward various measures in a sequential manner to ensure that the entire process of work is connected in a closed loop and implemented efficiently. To ensure the safety and quality of the loading operation, the company has comprehensively reviewed the key points of oil transfer, loading operation, and oil measurement in core links, and conducted comprehensive inspections, adjustments, and verifications of key devices such as oil pipelines, pump bodies, flow measurement equipment, and fire protection and security facilities. Up to now, the company has successfully completed 3 batches of oil gathering and transportation operations and delivered them to the Bayuquan operation area, achieving high-quality and compliant oil transportation throughout the process.
