In order to fully achieve the annual natural gas production target and firmly grasp the golden period of production, the First Gas Production Plant of China National Petroleum's Changqing Oilfield has set its core production tasks as the goal. By taking the all-staff labor competition as the starting point, it has fully mobilized the enthusiasm of the management and staff to engage in production activities, injecting strong impetus into maintaining stable production, increasing output, and improving efficiency.

精准施策破解生产瓶颈。自劳动竞赛开展以来，该厂9个作业区聚焦产量递减、气藏挖潜、井筒积液等核心难题，打出技术增产系列组合拳。组织技术骨干逐井摸排，严格把控生产资料录取质量，结合单井生产现状与地层能量变化规律，建立差异化管护机制，通过动态优化生产参数、科学调整开采制度、精准实施调剖作业等举措，有效延缓老井产量递减速率。

Targeted measures have been taken to solve production bottlenecks. Since the labor competition was launched, the 9 operation areas of this factory have focused on core issues such as production decline, gas reservoir exploitation, and wellbore liquid accumulation. They have launched a series of technical measures to increase production. Technical experts were organized to conduct detailed inspections of each well, strictly controlling the quality of production data collection. Based on the current production status of individual wells and the changes in formation energy, a differentiated management mechanism was established. Through dynamic optimization of production parameters, scientific adjustment of production systems, and precise implementation of acidizing operations, the rate of production decline in old wells has been effectively slowed down.

常态化开展动态分析研判，密切跟踪气藏压力、含水、液量变化趋势，靶向落实气井增产措施，深挖气藏产能潜力。同时，开展拉网式专项排查，逐一梳理整治异常井组，定制“一井一策”治理方案，精准保障排采平衡、地层能量稳定。

Regularly conduct dynamic analysis and assessment, closely monitor the pressure, water content and liquid volume trends of the gas reservoirs, target and implement measures to increase gas production for gas wells, and fully explore the potential of the gas reservoir. At the same time, conduct a comprehensive and systematic special inspection, thoroughly review and rectify abnormal well groups, customize "one well, one plan" treatment plans, and accurately ensure the balance of production and drainage as well as the stability of formation energy.

优化生产组织提效上产。全厂各生产单位以劳动竞赛为载体，持续优化生产运行模式，紧扣阶段性生产重难点，精准组建产量监控、防洪防汛、设备保障专项攻坚小组。固化晨会复盘、班前部署工作机制，每日复盘产量完成情况、分析产量波动成因、细化攻坚推进举措，班前会精准交底生产任务、操作规范及管控重点，点对点破解产量波动、汛期安全隐患、设备运行异常等生产堵点。抓实设备维保工作，常态化开展压缩机、脱水撬、集输管线等关键设施巡检保养与隐患排查，全力保障各类生产设备平稳高效运行。

Optimize production organization to enhance efficiency and increase output. All production units across the factory use labor competitions as a vehicle to continuously optimize production operation models, closely focusing on the key production challenges at different stages, and precisely form special task force groups for output monitoring, flood control and flood prevention, and equipment support. They solidify the morning meeting review and pre-shift deployment mechanisms, daily reviewing the completion of output, analyzing the causes of output fluctuations, and detailing the measures for advancing the efforts. The pre-shift meetings precisely convey production tasks, operation norms, and control priorities, and point-to-point solve production bottlenecks such as output fluctuations, flood season safety hazards, and abnormal equipment operation. Focus on equipment maintenance work, regularly conducting inspections, maintenance, and hazard screenings of key facilities such as compressors, dehydration racks, and gathering and transportation pipelines, and fully ensuring the stable and efficient operation of all production equipment.

党建赋能筑牢安全防线。各党支部充分发挥党建引领赋能作用，依托党员、青年骨干先锋力量，织密全域安全生产防护网络。党员骨干带头冲锋攻坚，常态化开展作业现场风险防控；青年突击队坚守岗位，常态化开展站内安全巡查，及时纠正现场违章、不规范作业等问题，从严杜绝“三违”行为。

Each Party branch fully leverages the leading and empowering role of Party building, relying on the pioneering strength of Party members and young key personnel, to weave a comprehensive safety protection network across the entire area. Party members and key personnel take the lead in advancing and tackling challenges, regularly conducting risk prevention and control at the operation sites; the youth task force stays at their posts, regularly conducting safety inspections within the station, promptly correcting violations and non-standard operations at the site, and strictly preventing "three violations" behaviors.

同时，常态化开展全员安全实操培训、应急处置演练，全面提升一线员工风险辨识、隐患排查、应急处置能力，规范现场标准化作业流程，为劳动竞赛攻坚筑牢坚实安全屏障。

At the same time, regular safety practical training and emergency response drills for all staff are carried out. The risk identification, hazard investigation, and emergency response capabilities of front-line employees are comprehensively enhanced. Standardized on-site operation procedures are established to lay a solid safety foundation for the labor competition efforts.
