中国石油网消息:5月22日,从中油国际管道公司了解到,中缅油气管道当达分输站光伏供电系统已正式并网投运,该光伏矩阵将光能转化为绿电,可实现站场生产、办公、生活用电全覆盖,为公司海外绿色管道建设再添实践成果。

China Oil News: On May 22nd, it was learned from the China Oil International Pipeline Company that the photovoltaic power supply system of the Daotai Distribution Station of the China-Myanmar Oil and Gas Pipeline has been officially connected and put into operation. This photovoltaic array converts solar energy into green electricity, enabling full coverage of power supply for the station's production, office, and daily life, and further adding practical achievements to the company's overseas green pipeline construction.

As a key enterprise in jointly building energy interconnection under the "Belt and Road Initiative", the International Pipeline adheres to the green pipeline construction strategy and implements the "four green pipelines" requirements. It integrates green and low-carbon concepts throughout the entire process of pipeline planning, construction and operation. From the deserts of Central Asia to the rainforests of Myanmar, a cross-border green energy corridor that is energy-efficient, highly effective and environmentally friendly is taking shape rapidly.


跨国管道长距离、高负荷运行,节能降耗是绿色转型的核心。国际管道聚焦生产全流程挖潜减排,中乌天然气管道优化压缩机组控制逻辑,年节约放空气超40万立方米。通过三线管网互联互通,每年可节约数百万立方米自耗气,余热回收也进一步降低了碳排放。

Transnational pipelines operate over long distances and under heavy loads, and energy conservation and emission reduction are the core of the green transformation. International pipelines focus on exploring and reducing emissions throughout the production process. The China-Ukraine natural gas pipeline optimizes the control logic of the compression units, saving over 400,000 cubic meters of exhaust gas annually. Through the interconnection of the three-line pipeline network, millions of cubic meters of self-used gas can be saved each year, and the recovery of waste heat further reduces carbon emissions.


中乌天然气管道穿越荒漠戈壁,生态脆弱。国际管道借鉴中国西部的治沙经验,铺设了22万平方米草方格固沙护管,施工后及时修复植被。目前,沿线累计植树近1.76万棵,“绿带行动”入选乌兹别克斯坦绿色发展典型案例。

The China-Uzbekistan natural gas pipeline passes through deserts and steppe areas, which are ecologically fragile. The international pipeline has drawn on the sand control experience from western China to lay 220,000 square meters of grass grids for sand fixation and pipeline protection. After construction, the vegetation was promptly restored. So far, nearly 17,600 trees have been planted along the route. The "Green Belt Initiative" has been selected as a typical case of green development in Uzbekistan.


海外站场供电不稳、能耗偏高是项目运营的共性难题。为了解决这一问题,国际管道立足属地资源,因地制宜布局光伏新能源,打造零碳、低碳站场样板,清洁能源应用多点开花。

The unstable power supply and high energy consumption at overseas stations are common problems in the project's operation. To address this issue, the international pipeline, based on local resources, has planned and laid out photovoltaic new energy sources according to local conditions, creating a zero-carbon and low-carbon station model, and promoting the application of clean energy in multiple areas.


其中,中缅管道仁安羌站建成了中国石油首个海外管道零碳供电示范项目,构建智能微电网破解供电难题,年减排二氧化碳约374吨。刚投运的当达分输站采用“自发自用、余电上网”模式释放生态效益,实现绿电全覆盖。

Among them, the Ren'anqiang station of the China-Myanmar pipeline has established China's first overseas pipeline zero-carbon power supply demonstration project. It has constructed an intelligent microgrid to solve the power supply problem and has reduced carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 374 tons per year. The recently put into operation Dandai distribution station adopts the "self-generation for self-use and surplus power fed into the grid" mode to release ecological benefits and achieve full coverage of green electricity.


中乌天然气管道布哈拉管理处光伏项目的投用,让沿线50余座阀室以太阳能供电,既稳定清洁又节约成本。仁安羌、当达等项目,为海外管道清洁替代提供了可复制的经验。

The commissioning of the photovoltaic project at the Bukhara management office of the China-Uzbekistan natural gas pipeline has enabled over 50 valve stations along the route to be powered by solar energy. This not only ensures stability and cleanliness but also saves costs. The projects in Ren'anqiang and Dandar, among others, have provided replicable experience for the clean replacement of overseas pipelines.


同时,国际管道把中国西部绿化治沙、低碳运维模式应用于中乌管道沿线,向布哈拉州、纳沃伊州赠送2.5万棵树苗,带动当地民众参与生态修复,让绿色成果惠及属地。

Meanwhile, the international pipeline has applied the greening and sand-control, as well as low-carbon operation and maintenance models in China's western region to the pipeline routes in China-Uzbekistan. They have donated 25,000 tree seedlings to the Bukhara Province and Navoi Province, encouraging local people to participate in ecological restoration and ensuring that the green achievements benefit the local areas.


凭借扎实的建设实效,国际管道中乌绿色管道项目,先后入选国资委ESG典型案例、获评绿色低碳发展优秀实践案例,通过ISO26000社会责任认证,展现了中国能源企业的绿色实力与合作诚意。

With its solid construction achievements, the International Pipeline China-Ukraine Green Pipeline Project has been selected as a typical case of ESG by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and has been recognized as an outstanding case of green and low-carbon development. It has also obtained the ISO26000 social responsibility certification, demonstrating the green strength and cooperation诚意 of China's energy enterprises.


绿色发展是技术革新,更是跨国能源合作的责任担当。国际管道主动将中国绿色发展理念、生态治理经验落地海外,筑起生态防护屏障,以绿色合作系牢友谊纽带、促进民心相通。
