中国石油网消息：截至5月25日，华北油田巴彦油田今年原油累计产量近70万吨，日产量达4800吨，同比增长20%，占华北油田原油日产量3成，SEC储采比稳健向好，实现量效齐增。

China Oil News: As of May 25th, the Baian Oilfield of the North China Oilfield has achieved a cumulative crude oil production of nearly 700,000 tons this year, with a daily output of 4,800 tons. This represents a year-on-year increase of 20%, accounting for 30% of the daily crude oil output of the North China Oilfield. The SEC reserve-production ratio is stable and improving, achieving both quantitative and qualitative growth.

今年年初以来，巴彦油田坚持“找有产能的储量、建有产量的产能、拿有效益的产量”，依托勘探开发、地质工程、技术经济一体化论证，优先动用高效益区块，聚焦储层高效动用、钻完井方式优化等关键问题，集中力量攻关产能建设提速提效技术，确保新建产能符合率高、达产快、投资少、收益高。

Since the beginning of this year, the Bayan Oilfield has been adhering to the principle of "identifying reserves with production capacity, building production capacity with production output, and obtaining production output with effectiveness". Relying on integrated exploration and development, geological engineering, and technical and economic analysis, it prioritizes the utilization of high-yield blocks, focuses on key issues such as efficient utilization of reservoirs and optimization of drilling and completion methods, and concentrates efforts on researching technologies for accelerating and improving the efficiency of capacity construction. This ensures that the newly built capacity has a high compliance rate, quick commissioning, low investment, and high returns.

工程技术人员加快井筒技术突破，研发防窜水泥浆、应用高韧防腐水泥浆构建密封屏障、优化储层保护技术，井身质量、固井质量合格率均保持100%。同时，强化钻井技术升级，推广应用随钻扩眼钻井技术，优化钻井液性能、优选钻具组合，持续推进大井丛工厂化钻井，平均钻井周期有效缩短。截至目前，已完钻新井13口，施工进度同比提升30%，完钻产能达9万吨。

Engineering technicians have accelerated breakthroughs in wellbore technology, developing anti-slip cement slurry, applying high-strength anti-corrosion cement slurry to build a sealing barrier, and optimizing reservoir protection technology. The quality of the wellbore and the qualification rate of cementing have both remained at 100%. At the same time, they have strengthened the upgrading of drilling technology, promoting the application of real-time drilling expansion drilling technology, optimizing the performance of drilling fluids, selecting the best drilling tool combinations, and continuously advancing factory-based drilling of large well clusters. The average drilling cycle has been effectively shortened. As of now, 13 new wells have been completed, and the construction progress has increased by 30% compared to the previous year, with the completed drilling capacity reaching 90,000 tons.

为提高单井产量，巴彦油田开发人员精细调节注水参数，实施管线分压注水及酸化增注，合理补充地层能量。其中，兴华1区块在“三套直井+两套水平井”反九点井网细分层系开发的基础上，有针对性地采取换向水驱、降低注水强度等调水措施，目前日产油量提升至2800吨；通过对吉兰泰油区开展精细油藏描述，将吉华1区块传统注水方式升级为“直井、水平井体积压裂+底部面积注水”，已有80口采油井见到注水效果。

To increase the production of individual wells, the development personnel of Bayan Oilfield precisely adjusted the water injection parameters, implemented pressure-regulated water injection through pipelines and acidification for enhanced injection, and reasonably replenished the reservoir energy. Among them, in the block Xinghua 1, based on the development of the "three sets of vertical wells and two sets of horizontal wells" reverse nine-point well pattern stratification, targeted water injection measures such as reversing water drive and reducing injection intensity were adopted. Currently, the daily oil production has increased to 2,800 tons. Through detailed reservoir description in the Jilantai oil area, the traditional water injection method of the Jihua 1 block was upgraded to "vertical and horizontal well volume fracturing + bottom area injection", and water injection effects have been observed in 80 production wells.

开发人员还强化采出水处理系统运维，实施脉冲共振清垢、滤料更换等工作，注水系统效率、出站水质和井口水质达标率均保持较高水平。

The developers also strengthened the operation and maintenance of the produced water treatment system, implementing measures such as pulse resonance descaling and filter material replacement. The efficiency of the water injection system, the quality of the outgoing water, and the compliance rate of the water quality at the wellhead all remained at a high level.

面对油藏特殊地质，巴彦油田开发人员积极探索上产稳产策略和提高采收率措施，创新个性化油藏开发模式，构建多元化驱替技术序列，有效支撑资源规模化效益化开发。

Facing the special geology of the oil reservoir, the development personnel of Bayan Oilfield have actively explored strategies for increasing production and maintaining stability, as well as measures to enhance recovery rate. They have innovated personalized reservoir development models and constructed a diversified displacement technology sequence, effectively supporting the large-scale and efficient development of resources.

吉华2区块属于砂砾岩油藏，基于储层呈高倾角和强水敏的特点，采用顶部腰部点状注减氧空气结合边底部注水开发，日产油超400吨。稳步实施CCUS先导试验项目，针对不同含油层位、不同油层类型、不同井网井距，开辟3个先导试验区，累计注入二氧化碳24万吨，累计产油18万吨，初步形成CCUS提高采收率技术。

The Ji Hua 2 block is an oil reservoir composed of sandstone and gravel. Due to the characteristics of the reservoir, which has a high inclination angle and strong water sensitivity, a development method combining point-like injection and reduction of oxygenated air at the top and waist with bottom-side water injection is adopted. The daily oil production exceeds 400 tons. The CCUS pilot project has been steadily implemented. Three pilot test areas have been established based on different oil-bearing layers, different oil layer types, and different well patterns and well spacings. A total of 240,000 tons of carbon dioxide have been injected, and 180,000 tons of oil have been produced. The technology for enhancing oil recovery through CCUS has been preliminarily formed.
