中国石油网消息：5月24日，从工程建设有限公司（CPECC）了解到，CPECC与沙特阿拉伯国家石油公司（沙特阿美）持续深化合作，双方在沙特达曼市正式签署了长期服务协议（LTA），海外高端市场开拓又取得多项新进展。

China Oil News: On May 24th, it was learned from the Engineering Construction Company Limited (CPECC) that CPECC has been continuously deepening its cooperation with Saudi Arabian National Oil Company (Saudi Aramco). The two parties officially signed a long-term service agreement (LTA) in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This has led to new progress in the exploration of overseas high-end markets.

CPECC跻身沙特阿美棕区（现有设施改造与升级）项目LTA承包商第一梯队，成为其重要的战略合作伙伴。

CPECC has been ranked among the top contractors for the LTA (Long-Term Agreement) projects of Saudi Aramco's petrochemical zone (including facility renovation and upgrading), and has become an important strategic partner of the company.

此次签约，正值CPECC进入沙特市场2周年。2年来，项目执行成果获得了业主的高度认可，最终促成此次长期合作。本次LTA招标面向全球，吸引了20余家知名工程承包商参与，CPECC凭借全链条EPC服务能力和丰富的海外棕区项目经验脱颖而出，位列第一档。

This signing ceremony took place on the second anniversary of CPECC's entry into the Saudi market. Over the past two years, the project execution results have been highly recognized by the clients, ultimately leading to this long-term cooperation. This LTA bidding was open to the global market, attracting participation from over 20 renowned engineering contractors. CPECC stood out by demonstrating its full-chain EPC service capabilities and rich overseas brownfield project experience, ranking in the first tier.

根据协议，LTA有效期为6年，覆盖沙特北部油区、南部油气区、谢巴气田等核心陆上油气产区。CPECC将获得沙特阿美相关CRPO（项目合同采购订单）的参与资格，并可自主选择参与策略。这一“长期框架+按需招标”的快速机制，是沙特阿美棕区等项目的主流招标模式。

According to the agreement, the validity period of LTA is 6 years, covering core onshore oil and gas production areas such as the northern oil region of Saudi Arabia, the southern oil and gas area, and the Shaba gas field. CPECC will be granted the qualification to participate in relevant CRPOs (Project Contract Procurement Orders) of Saudi Aramco, and can independently choose the participation strategy. This "long-term framework + on-demand bidding" rapid mechanism is the mainstream bidding model for projects such as the brown zone of Saudi Aramco.
