中国石油网消息：近日，大港油田监督检测中心/工程技术监督中心牵头承担的行业标准《重晶石粉化学分析推荐作法》（SY/T 6240）首次实现国内全自主编制，彻底摆脱对国外相关标准的引用，为我国重晶石粉质量管控与行业规范化发展提供了核心支撑。

China Oil News: Recently, the Supervision and Inspection Center of Dagang Oilfield/Engineering Technology Supervision Center took the lead in undertaking the industry standard "Recommended Practices for Chemical Analysis of Barite Powder" (SY/T 6240). This standard has achieved domestic full self-creation for the first time, completely eliminating the reliance on foreign related standards, providing core support for the quality control of barite powder and the standardized development of the industry in China.

与以往简单版本更新不同，本次标准修订聚焦行业实际需求，在技术创新与标准体系建设上实现多项实质性突破。

Unlike previous simple version updates, this standard revision focuses on the actual needs of the industry. It has achieved several substantive breakthroughs in technological innovation and standard system construction.

新增磁性物质试验方法，进一步强化重晶石粉产品质量关键指标管控，筑牢油气钻井质量安全防线；针对原有检测方法的痛点难点，全面优化核心检测流程、简化操作步骤、科学调整参数设置，大幅提升检测便捷性与数据准确性，有效降低企业检测成本、提高一线工作效率；同时新增兼具快速性、重复性与准确性的试验方法，拓展了标准普适性，可同时满足大型实验室精密检测与现场快速筛查需求，为油气开采、重晶石粉生产全产业链提供灵活全面的技术依据，充分彰显了中国石油在重晶石粉检测领域的技术自信与行业话语权。

A new method for testing magnetic substances has been added, further strengthening the control of key quality indicators of barite powder, and laying a solid foundation for the quality control of oil and gas drilling. In response to the pain points and difficulties of the original detection methods, the core detection process has been comprehensively optimized, the operation steps have been simplified, and the parameter settings have been scientifically adjusted. This has significantly improved the convenience of detection and the accuracy of data, effectively reducing the detection costs of enterprises and enhancing the efficiency of front-line work. At the same time, a new test method with rapidity, repeatability and accuracy has been added, expanding the standard's applicability. It can simultaneously meet the precise detection requirements of large laboratories and the rapid screening needs on-site, providing flexible and comprehensive technical basis for the entire industrial chain of oil and gas extraction and barite powder production.
