中国石油网消息:3月5日,在辽河油田金海采油厂洼38-39-K033CH井现场,自应用砾石充填工艺后,该井成功摆脱长期出砂的困扰,日产油量稳定在2.2吨。这标志着“小井眼专用管柱+顶部充填”一体化工艺在该类井型首次成功应用,填补了辽河油田小井眼水平井高效防砂技术空白。China Oil News: On March 5th, at the Huaihai Oil Production Plant of Liaohe Oilfield, at Well洼38-39-K033CH, after the application of the gravel filling technology, this well successfully overcame the long-term problem of sand production and maintained a stable daily oil output of 2.2 tons. This marks the first successful application of the "special pipe column for small wellbores + top filling" integrated technology in this type of well, filling the gap in the efficient sand prevention technology for small wellbores in Liaohe Oilfield.


此前,洼38-39-K033CH井因采用5寸套管这一典型小井眼规格,水平段面临充填摩阻大、环空间隙小等技术难题,常规工艺难以实现有效防砂,油井产能释放受到极大制约。为攻克这一瓶颈,2025年12月,金海采油厂联合辽河油田采油研究院成立专项技术团队,开展多轮方案论证。技术团队通过精细数值模拟优化施工参数,创新定制了适配5寸井眼的专用充填管柱及核心工具,并首次引入顶部充填技术,形成“小井眼专用管柱+顶部充填”一体化工艺方案,解决了小环空挟砂能力不足、砂浆易脱水等关键性难题。

Previously, Well洼38-39-K033CH adopted a typical small wellbore specification of 5-inch casing, which led to technical challenges such as high filling friction and small annular space in the horizontal section. Conventional techniques were unable to effectively prevent sand production, severely restricting the oil well's production capacity. To overcome this bottleneck, in December 2025, Jinhai Oil Production Plant jointly established a special technical team with the Oil Production Research Institute of Liaohe Oilfield to conduct multiple rounds of scheme demonstrations. The technical team optimized the construction parameters through detailed numerical simulation, innovatively customized a dedicated filling pipe string and core tools suitable for 5-inch wellbores, and for the first time introduced top filling technology, forming an integrated process scheme of "special pipe string for small wellbores + top filling", which solved key problems such as insufficient sand-carrying capacity in the small annulus and easy dehydration of the mortar.


面对连续作业挑战,技术团队精细管控管柱下入、封隔器坐封、砾石充填全流程关键环节,实时监测作业环境内压力,动态调整砂比与泵注排量,确保充填过程平稳高效、充填质量达标。截至2月底,该井最高日产油量达到3.6吨,防砂效果与产能提升成效明显。Facing the challenge of continuous operations, the technical team meticulously controlled the entire process of pipe string lowering, packer seating, and gravel filling. They monitored the pressure in the operation environment in real time and dynamically adjusted the sand ratio and pump injection rate to ensure a smooth and efficient filling process and to meet the quality standards for filling. By the end of February, the maximum daily oil production of this well reached 3.6 tons, and the sand control effect and production capacity improvement were remarkable.
