中国石油网消息：8月3日，从渤海装备公司获悉，该公司今年锚定创新驱动主线，以产品迭代升级筑牢技术根基，持续打造新的“制造+服务”一体化模式，成功跳出同质化低价竞争困局。截至目前，该公司自研的超长冲程异相曲柄游梁式抽油机，刷新了国内游梁式抽油机冲程纪录，市场经营规模稳步攀升。

7月7日，渤海装备自研的超长冲程异相曲柄游梁式抽油机，在中东油田市场完成了为期一年半的工业性试验，具备了海外市场批量推广的条件。这款产品额定悬点载荷为14吨，最大冲程达6米，是目前国内冲程最长的游梁式抽油机，填补了国产同类产品在超长冲程、超大载荷领域的空白。

On July 7th, the ultra-long stroke counterbalanced crank beam pumping unit independently developed by Bohai Equipment completed a one-and-a-half-year industrial trial in the Middle East oilfield market, meeting the conditions for mass promotion in overseas markets. This product has a rated suspension load of 14 tons and a maximum stroke of 6 meters. It is the longest-stroke beam pumping unit in China at present, filling the gap in the domestic market for similar products in the fields of ultra-long stroke and super-large load.

For the scenario of intensive oil extraction, Bohai Equipment has independently developed the "one machine with two pumps" pumping unit. It adopts a "double驴head + main and auxiliary rocker arm separate assembly" structural design， which solves the problem of limited wellhead spacing. The loads of the two wells are balanced with each other， reducing the absolute value of the crankshaft negative torque and the peak torque， and improving the structural stress condition. The single-well procurement cost of this model has been reduced by 25%， and the comprehensive energy saving rate has reached 30% to 50%. It is suitable for the multi-well extraction requirements of low-permeability oil fields.

针对深井开采，渤海装备耗时5年研发的全谱系塔架式抽油机，其18种型号的重型设备成功应用于大港油田3000米级深井区块。同时，该公司自主创新的“一键让位”电控换向技术，替代传统高空手动操作，修井效率提升80%以上，单井日均耗电下降10%，兼具降本、增效、环保多重优势。

For deep well mining, the full-range tower-type pumping unit developed by Bohai Equipment over a period of 5 years has successfully been applied to the 3,000-meter deep well blocks of Dagang Oilfield with 18 types of heavy equipment. At the same time, the company's independently developed "one-click relocation" electronic control reversing technology has replaced the traditional manual operation at high altitudes, increasing the well repair efficiency by more than 80%, reducing the daily electricity consumption per well by 10%, and achieving multiple advantages such as cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and environmental protection.
