中国石油网消息：8月10日，吉林石化生产运行数据显示，新建40万吨/年高密度聚乙烯装置投产运行一年来，累计产出高端“三峰”管材料19.2万吨。产品质量赢得下游市场高度认可，实现全产全销。

China Petroleum Network News: On August 10th, data from the production and operation of Jilin Petrochemical showed that the newly-built 400,000-ton/year high-density polyethylene plant has been in operation for one year. During this period, a total of 192,000 tons of high-end "San Feng" pipe materials have been produced. The product quality has won high recognition from the downstream market and achieved full production and full sales.

所谓“三峰”，就是这款管材料包含3个不同分子量峰段的分子链结构。凭借这样的精巧设计，产品表现出高强度、高刚性等优异性能，被广泛应用于承压要求高的市政给排水、地下管网工程等领域，市场前景广阔。

The so-called "three peaks" refers to the molecular chain structure of this material, which consists of three different molecular weight peaks. Thanks to this ingenious design, the product exhibits excellent properties such as high strength and high rigidity, and is widely used in municipal water supply and drainage, underground pipeline projects, and other fields with high pressure requirements. Transitioning from the production of conventional membrane materials to the production of high-end "Three Peaks" pipe materials requires extremely strict control of process parameters and high-quality operation of equipment. During the initial stage of the plant's operation, Jilin Petrochemical relied on the "12 production plants + 1 research institute + 4 R&D centers" scientific and technological innovation framework to establish a systematic and standardized full-process quality management system. At the same time, a joint research team was formed to focus on new product development, and to intensively tackle issues such as process optimization, parameter regulation, and quality control throughout the entire chain.

在生产过程中，技术人员精准调控工艺参数、优化产品分子链结构，平稳完成工况过渡，成功攻克高端管材料性能调控、己烷精制系统运行模式优化等关键技术难题；在日常运维中，常态化开展预知性维护，提前预判设备运行风险，顺利实现不同牌号间平稳切换、稳定量产，也保障了产品性能均衡、品质过硬。

During the production process, the technicians precisely controlled the process parameters, optimized the molecular chain structure of the products, smoothly completed the transition of working conditions, and successfully overcame key technical challenges such as the performance regulation of high-end pipe materials and the optimization of the operation mode of the hexane refining system; in daily operation and maintenance, they carried out predictive maintenance on a regular basis, predicted the risks of equipment operation in advance, smoothly achieved the smooth switching between different grades and stable mass production, and also ensured the balanced performance and excellent quality of the products.
