中国石油网消息：6月中旬，中国石油勘探开发研究院接到中油国际及当地项目公司发来的感谢信，感谢勘探院协同攻关，助力南苏丹1/2/4区重点探井顺利投产，喜获高产轻质油流，项目日产油重上6万桶。

China Oil News: In mid-June, the China Petroleum Exploration and Development Research Institute received a letter of gratitude from China Oil International and the local project company. They expressed their gratitude for the institute's collaborative efforts in tackling challenges and facilitating the successful commissioning of the key exploration wells in the 1/2/4 zones of South Sudan, achieving high-yield and light oil production. The project's daily oil output exceeded 60,000 barrels.

近年来，勘探院深入践行“打破小院高墙、全院一盘棋”的协同发展理念，统筹多支科研力量攻坚海外市场，以扎实技术助力海外项目增储上产。

In recent years, the Exploration Institute has been vigorously implementing the collaborative development concept of "breaking the barriers of individual departments and integrating the entire institute as one", coordinating multiple research forces to tackle overseas markets, and using solid technology to support the increase in reserves and production of overseas projects.

在项目推进过程中，勘探院通过整合西北分院、非洲研究所、工程技术研究所、海外开发规划研究所等科研力量，多学科协同攻关，破除信息和技术壁垒。通过深耕区块地质研究、深挖油气成藏规律，创新形成特色圈闭评价技术；依托地质工程一体化思路，优化井位与井轨迹设计，有效提升了油层钻遇率，相关研究成果与勘探方案获得各方一致认可。

During the project implementation process, the Exploration Institute integrated the research forces of the Northwest Branch, the African Research Institute, the Engineering Technology Institute, and the Overseas Development Planning Institute, etc. Through multi-disciplinary collaborative efforts, it broke through information and technical barriers. By conducting in-depth geological research on the blocks and delving into the laws of oil and gas accumulation, it innovatively formed characteristic closure eva luation techniques. Relying on the integrated geological engineering concept, it optimized the well location and well trajectory design, effectively increasing the rate of encountering oil layers. The related research results and exploration plans have been unanimously recognized by all parties.

在钻井及试油阶段，非洲研究所和西北分院等单位技术人员全程跟进，系统开展钻井动态跟踪、测井解释、试油方案编制等工作，全力保障探井顺利完钻投产。

During the drilling and oil testing phases, technicians from the African Research Institute and the Northwest Branch Institute, among others, provided continuous support. They systematically carried out tasks such as drilling dynamic tracking, well logging interpretation, and the formulation of oil testing plans, fully ensuring the successful completion and commissioning of the exploration wells.

在油田开发部署优化工作中，由非洲研究所牵头，联合工程技术研究所、海外开发规划研究所组建专项研究团队，聚焦主力油田开展稳油控水技术攻关。团队深化地质研究与动态分析，精细构建地质油藏模型，精准预测剩余油分布，优化井网部署与增产措施，不仅新钻加密井全部实现高产，还成功盘活了关停多年的老旧井，为增储上产赢得了主动。

In the optimization of oilfield development deployment, the African Research Institute took the lead, jointly with the Engineering Technology Research Institute and the Overseas Development Planning Research Institute, to form a special research team to focus on the main oilfields and carry out technological research on stabilizing oil production and controlling water. The team deepened geological research and dynamic analysis, meticulously constructed geological reservoir models, accurately predicted the distribution of remaining oil, optimized well layout and production enhancement measures. Not only did all newly drilled and densified wells achieve high production, but they also successfully revitalized the shut-down old wells, winning the initiative for increasing reserves and production.
