中国石油网消息:6月16日,辽河油田在注水开发技术领域取得突破,带压分注井欢2-17-51F井在国内首次成功应用四层缆控智能分注技术,全程实现带压作业,无须停井泄压,四层均可实现远程实时监测、动态精准调配,各层注水压力、流量数据实时回传。

China Oil News: On June 16th, Liaodong Oilfield achieved a breakthrough in water injection development technology. The pressurized multi-layer injection well Huan 2-17-51F was the first in China to successfully apply the four-layer cable-controlled intelligent multi-layer injection technology. The entire process was carried out under pressure without the need to stop the well for pressure relief. All four layers could achieve remote real-time monitoring, dynamic precise allocation, and real-time data transmission of injection pressure and flow rate.


此前,国内缆控带压智能分注技术仅能实现两层分层调控,受井下工具适配性、信号传输稳定性等限制,带压井难以突破三层及以上分层注水,无法满足辽河油田精细化开发需求。四层缆控智能分注技术在国内首次应用,填补了带压分注井多层精细化智能注水技术空白。

Previously, the domestic cable-controlled pressure-stabilized intelligent multi-layer injection technology could only achieve two-layer layer-by-layer regulation. Due to limitations such as the adaptability of downhole tools and the stability of signal transmission, it was difficult to break through the three-layer or higher multi-layer water injection for pressure-bearing wells, and it was unable to meet the refined development needs of Liaohe Oilfield. The four-layer cable-controlled intelligent multi-layer injection technology was applied for the first time in China, filling the gap in the multi-layer refined intelligent water injection technology for pressure-bearing injection wells.
