中国石油网消息:6月18日获悉,大庆石化采用在线切换模式生产的1500余吨交联聚乙烯树脂产品,现已全部发往下游客户。大庆石化聚烯烃部首次在低压装置C线实现,该产品不停工状态下的牌号在线连续切换。这是继交联聚乙烯树脂实现双釜生产后的又一技术性突破。

China Petroleum News: On June 18th, a reporter learned that over 1,500 tons of cross-linked polyethylene resin products produced by Daqing Petrochemical using the online switching mode have now all been delivered to downstream customers. The polyolefin department of Daqing Petrochemical has for the first time achieved online continuous switching of grades in the C line of the low-pressure unit. This is another technical breakthrough following the implementation of dual-reactor production for cross-linked polyethylene resin.


低压装置C线承担高附加值新产品的开发生产任务,每月排产5至6个牌号,常规牌号之间目前已实现稳定在线连续切换。但对于交联聚乙烯树脂这类市场认可度高、订单饱满的新产品,生产初期需要尽可能排除干扰因素,快速摸索规律、积累操作经验、固化关键工艺参数,因此初期牌号切换均采用停车退料的纯净模式,每次停开车平均耗时约39小时,制约了装置整体产能。

The C line of the low-pressure unit is responsible for the development and production of high-value-added new products. It schedules the production of 5 to 6 different grades each month. Currently, stable online continuous switching has been achieved between the regular grades. However, for new products with high market recognition and full orders, such as cross-linked polyethylene resin, during the initial production stage, it is necessary to eliminate as many interference factors as possible, quickly explore patterns, accumulate operational experience, and solidify key process parameters. Therefore, during the initial grade switching, a pure shutdown and withdrawal mode is adopted, with an average downtime of approximately 39 hours per shutdown and start-up, which has restricted the overall production capacity of the unit.


为突破这一生产瓶颈,聚烯烃部成立专项攻关小组,系统梳理全流程操作,重点比对碳氢比、温度、压力等核心参数,开展参数调试与工艺推演,制定了详细的质量、安全管控细则。在切换过程中,攻关小组成员全程蹲守控制室与现场,内外操密切配合,保证了生产运行与产品质量的稳定。经测算,与之前相比单次切换时间缩短至15小时,按装置进料负荷8.5吨/小时计算,可增加乙烯吃配量204吨,减少停车经济损失13.6万元。

To break through this production bottleneck, the polyolefin department established a special research team to systematically review the entire process operation. They focused on comparing core parameters such as carbon-hydrogen ratio, temperature, and pressure, and carried out parameter debugging and process simulation. They also formulated detailed quality and safety control rules. During the switching process, the members of the research team stayed at the control room and the site throughout the process, and the operators on the inside and outside cooperated closely to ensure the stability of production operation and product quality. After calculation, compared with before, the single switching time was shortened to 15 hours. Based on the feed load of the unit at 8.5 tons per hour, it could increase the ethylene consumption by 204 tons and reduce the loss from shutdown by 136,000 yuan.


本次成功实现牌号间连续切换,使装置运行节奏更加紧密连贯,为交联聚乙烯树脂后续排产提供了有力支持。下一步,大庆石化将持续聚焦提质、降本、增效目标,在精细化管理与技术创新上持续发力,推动装置安全、稳定、高效运行。

This successful implementation of continuous switching between different grades has made the operation rhythm of the device more closely and coherent, providing strong support for the subsequent production scheduling of cross-linked polyethylene resin.
