6月4日,海洋石油工程股份有限公司(以下简称“海油工程”)发布消息,我国自主设计建造的新一代深水专业铺管船(以下简称“专业铺管船”)在海油工程青岛国际高端装备制造基地浮体平台完成龙骨安放,正式进入船体成型关键阶段,为后续分段合拢及按期交付奠定坚实基础。

On June 4th, Ocean Oil Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Ocean Oil Engineering") released a statement. The new generation of deepwater specialized pipe-laying vessel (hereinafter referred to as "specialized pipe-laying vessel") independently designed and built by China has completed the keel laying on the floating platform of Ocean Oil Engineering's Qingdao International High-End Equipment Manufacturing Base and has officially entered the key stage of hull formation, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent segment assembly and on-time delivery.


龙骨素有船舶“钢铁脊梁”之称,是沿船底中心线贯通首尾的核心基础承重结构,主要承担船体纵向载荷,保障结构强度与运行稳定性。船舶分段搭载、船体合拢、核心设备安装及全船精度校准等关键工序,均以龙骨为定位基准。因此,龙骨安放是船舶建造过程中至关重要的里程碑。

The keel is known as the "steel backbone" of ships. It is the core and fundamental load-bearing structure that runs through the centerline from the bow to the stern of the ship. It mainly bears the longitudinal loads of the hull and ensures the structural strength and operational stability of the ship. Key processes such as ship section assembly, hull closure, installation of core equipment, and overall ship accuracy calibration all use the keel as the positioning reference. Therefore, the placement of the keel is a crucial milestone in the shipbuilding process.


该专业铺管船长174米、型宽35米、型深12米,搭载行业领先的DP3三级动力定位系统,最大作业水深达500米,具备海管运输储存、单双节点铺管、海底管线维修及水下设施安装等功能,可稳定完成4至60英寸全规格海底管道铺设作业,能够适应我国近海复杂海域及深远海极端海况施工需求。

This specialized pipe-laying vessel is 174 meters in length, 35 meters in width and 12 meters in depth. It is equipped with the industry-leading DP3 Level 3 dynamic positioning system, capable of operating at a maximum water depth of 500 meters. It features functions such as transporting and storing submarine pipelines, laying single or double nodes, repairing submarine pipelines and installing underwater facilities. It can stably complete the laying of submarine pipelines of all specifications ranging from 4 to 60 inches, and is capable of meeting the construction requirements of complex coastal waters and extreme sea conditions in the deep sea of our country.


船舶搭载先进智能作业管理平台,集船舶姿态监测、动力定位控制、铺管参数分析、设备状态监测等多项智能化功能,具备复杂海况下的自主感知、实时分析与协同控制能力,可实现关键作业环节数字化管理与智能辅助决策。

The vessel is equipped with an advanced intelligent operation management platform, which integrates multiple intelligent functions such as ship attitude monitoring, dynamic positioning control, pipe laying parameter analysis, and equipment status monitoring. It possesses the ability to autonomously perceive, conduct real-time analysis, and achieve coordinated control under complex sea conditions. It can realize digital management of key operation links and intelligent decision-making assistance.


船体建造过程犹如“搭积木”,127个分段预制完成后,拼接为46个总段,再进行吊装合拢。为应对复杂海况与重载作业需求,项目团队搭建了专门质量管理体系,开展全过程质量和精度管控。船体底部实施专项强化设计,通过加厚关键板材、优化结构布局等方式提升整体强度。同时,创新应用BIM(建筑信息模型)系统构建数字化精度闭环管控体系,开展结构三维建模与模拟推演,结合三维激光扫描与动态校核,实现龙骨定位及安装全过程可视化管理,经第三方检测,安装精度达到毫米级,优于设计标准及船级社规范要求。

The construction process of the hull is like "building with blocks". After 127 prefabricated sections were completed, they were joined together to form 46 total sections, and then lifted and closed. To cope with complex sea conditions and heavy-load operation requirements, the project team established a specialized quality management system and carried out full-process quality and accuracy control. Special reinforcement designs were implemented at the bottom of the hull, by thickening key plates and optimizing the structural layout, to enhance the overall strength. At the same time, the BIM (Building Information Modeling) system was innovatively applied to build a digital precision closed-loop control system, conducting three-dimensional structural modeling and simulation analysis, combined with three-dimensional laser scanning and dynamic verification, to achieve visual management of the entire process of keel positioning and installation. After third-party testing, the installation accuracy reached the millimeter level, exceeding the design standards and classification society's requirements.


该船建成投用后,将进一步完善我国自主可控的海底管道施工装备矩阵,提升我国深远海复杂海域油气开发及海上风电配套管网建设核心施工能力和智能化水平,为建设海洋强国提供坚实的装备支撑。

After this vessel is completed and put into use, it will further enhance the matrix of China's independently controlled underwater pipeline construction equipment, improve China's core construction capabilities and intelligent level for oil and gas development in deep-sea and complex sea areas, as well as the construction of supporting pipelines for offshore wind power, and provide solid equipment support for building a maritime power.
