中国石油网消息:3月31日,渤海装备江苏钢管公司大直缝生产线顺利完成长春—石家庄天然气管道工程(简称长石线)阶段性生产任务,历时23.5天,累计生产直径1422毫米、壁厚17.8毫米直缝埋弧焊钢管40.8公里,高效保障了国家重点油气管线项目的施工进度。

China Petroleum Network News: On March 31st, the large straight seam production line of Bohai Equipment Jiangsu Steel Pipe Company successfully completed the phased production tasks for the Changchun - Shijiazhuang Natural Gas Pipeline Project (referred to as the Changshizheng Line). It took 23.5 days and produced a total of 40.8 kilometers of straight seam submerged arc welded steel pipes with a diameter of 1422 millimeters and a wall thickness of 17.8 millimeters, effectively ensuring the construction progress of the key national oil and gas pipeline projects.


长石线是国家构建天然气“全国一张网”的关键组成部分。面对项目所需钢管壁厚大、工艺要求高的挑战,渤海装备江苏钢管公司优化生产组织、严控技术质量,实现效率与品质双提升。

Facing the challenges of requiring large pipe wall thickness and high technical requirements for the project, Bohai Equipment Jiangsu Steel Pipe Company optimized its production organization and strictly controlled technical quality, achieving a double improvement in efficiency and quality.


生产组织上,这个公司打破工序壁垒,明确衔接标准,实施“一岗多能”培训,减少等待浪费。设备保障上,升级自动化软件,推行“红橙黄蓝”风险评价机制与双重巡检,将单根钢管成型时间缩短了20秒。

In terms of production organization, this company has broken through the barriers of production processes, clearly defined connection standards, implemented "multi-skilled positions" training, and reduced waiting time waste. In terms of equipment support, they upgraded the automation software, implemented the "red, orange, yellow, blue" risk assessment mechanism and dual inspections, and shortened the forming time of a single steel pipe by 20 seconds.


技术质量上,以“零缺陷”为目标,建立“双审双校验”机制,并与集团公司工程材料研究院联合上线管端数字化射线智能检测系统,依托算法模型精准识别焊接缺陷,筑牢质量防线。

In terms of technical quality, the goal is to achieve "zero defects". A "double review and double verification" mechanism has been established. In collaboration with the Engineering Materials Research Institute of the Group Company, a digitalized radiographic intelligent detection system for pipe ends has been launched. Based on algorithm models, this system can accurately identify welding defects, thereby strengthening the quality defense line.


为攻克生产效率瓶颈,这个公司组建联合攻坚小组精准调整成型参数,消除钢管内壁压痕。同时,将产能目标分解到岗,实现平均日产量达142根,生产效率较去年同规格产品提升10%。

To break through the bottleneck in production efficiency, this company established a joint task force to precisely adjust the forming parameters and eliminate the indentations on the inner wall of the steel pipes. At the same time, the production capacity target was broken down to individual positions, achieving an average daily output of 142 pipes, and the production efficiency was increased by 10% compared to the same specification products last year.
