　　随着特殊的气体行业不断的发展，对于二氧化碳储罐这样用来装运特殊气体的储罐，在行业当中的需求是越来越大，其作用也是日益的突出，尽管二氧化碳储罐在行业内获得了比较好的发展，但是对于二氧化碳储罐相关知识，估计很少有人了解，虽然使用很广泛，但是在日常生活当中并不是很常见，为此我们需要对其操作规程具备一定的了解。

　　1、保证工作场所具有优良的透风前提、空气中的氧气含量应高于18%（体积浓度）。

　　2、二氧化碳储罐上的所有装置（包含连接件、管道以及各阀门）不得沾有油类、润滑脂等可燃性物资。

　　3、阀门应迟缓用手打开。如阀门破坏了或者没法用手打开，不得用扳手等工具强迫打开，应当即与林德气体公司联络。

3. The valve should be opened slowly by hand. If the valve is damaged or cannot be opened by hand, do not force it open with a wrench or any other tool. Instead, contact Linde Gas Company immediately.

　　4、如阀门等装置冻结了，应使用热水等合适法子进行解冻。不得使用明火来解冻，也不得使用锤子等工具对于它们进行敲击。制止带压维修或者紧固储罐/杜瓦罐上的任何部位。

4. If the valves or other devices are frozen, they should be thawed using appropriate methods such as hot water. Do not use open flames for thawing, nor use hammers or other tools to strike them. Do not perform pressure maintenance or tighten any part of the storage tank or Dewar flask.

　　5、不得在地下室、半地下室或者低凹处等透风前提差的处所使用液氮。

　　二氧化碳储罐是液体氧气运输，存储使用的一种储罐，为了确保安全，我们需要定期检查储罐，防止问题的发生，下面介绍一些二氧化碳储罐的维护技巧。

The carbon dioxide storage tank is a type of tank used for transporting and storing liquid oxygen. To ensure safety, we need to conduct regular inspections of the tank to prevent any problems. Below are some maintenance tips for carbon dioxide storage tanks.

　　1.在使用之前是应该放入少量的液氮使之预冷，当罐内温度达到了液氮温度的时候，将液氮放满液氮罐中。要注意拿液氮罐时要轻拿轻放，防止碰撞挤压，不可以在地面拖拉移动时，要抬起来。不用时液氮罐要存放在干燥、透风良好的房间，防止湿润。

1.Before use, a small amount of liquid nitrogen should be added to pre-cool the container. When the temperature inside the container reaches the temperature of the liquid nitrogen, fill the liquid nitrogen tank completely. When handling the liquid nitrogen tank, be gentle and avoid collisions or squeezes. Do not drag it on the ground; instead, lift it up. When not in use, store the liquid nitrogen tank in a dry and well-ventilated room to prevent moisture.

　　2.要随时的检查颈塞和颈塞小沟，及时的除掉颈塞上的结冰，颈塞上不能放置塑料布等等物质，增加封锁性，在保证液氮罐的使用机能。当发现液氮消耗速渡过快或者在液氮罐颈口的附近附有水珠、泛起白霜时，即表示罐的绝缘机能失调了，不能保留液氮。储罐内放置标本要做好标记的，取放时要稳、准、快。

2. Regularly check the neck plug and the small groove on it. Remove the ice on the neck plug promptly. Do not place any substances such as plastic sheets on the neck plug, as this will increase the sealing effect and ensure the functionality of the liquid nitrogen tank. When you notice that the consumption rate of liquid nitrogen is too fast or there are water droplets or white frost near the neck opening of the liquid nitrogen tank, it indicates that the insulation function of the tank is malfunctioning and the liquid nitrogen cannot be retained. Mark the specimens placed in the storage tank, and handle them steadily, accurately and quickly when taking or placing them.

　　3.为了防止侵蚀罐壁，液氮罐的内腔需要每年要清洗一次。另外还要注意液氮罐要尽量减少运输，以及减少打开液氮罐的次数。如果需要运输的话，必须要用绳子固定在车箱上，保持液氮罐竖立。预防摔撞、倒覆、横卧，尽量防止剧烈震动。

3. To prevent erosion of the tank walls, the inner cavity of the liquid nitrogen tank needs to be cleaned once a year. Additionally, it is important to minimize the transportation of the liquid nitrogen tank and reduce the number of times it is opened. If transportation is necessary, it must be secured to the truck bed with ropes to keep the tank upright. Prevent collisions, overturning, and lying down, and try to avoid severe vibrations.
