中国石油网消息 今年年初以来，西部钻探以涩北老气田“压舱石”工程提速提效为引领，运用工程地质一体化全链条“工时法”量化分析生产过程中各环节作业时间的占比。

China Oil News: Since the beginning of this year, Western Drilling has taken the "balance stone" project in Shibi North Field as the lead, and has adopted the integrated engineering geological full-chain "time method" to quantitatively analyze the proportion of each link's operation time in the production process.

在气田施工的每支队伍以“清单填报+晨会复盘+限时整改”为单日循环，“扣紧”全链条“工时法”进行生产协调“日清周进”，为各道工序明确标准工时、质量要求与责任主体。

Each team involved in the gas field construction follows a daily cycle of "list filling + morning meeting review + time-limited rectification", adhering to the "tight" full-process "work hour method" for production coordination, achieving "daily completion and weekly advancement". This ensures that each process has clear standard working hours, quality requirements, and responsible entities.

截至8月17日，涩北气田累计完成进尺10.32万米，创历史同期最高纪录。源源不断的天然气，为甘肃、青海、西藏三省区千家万户稳定用气筑牢了保障。

As of August 17th, the Shibi Gas Field has cumulatively completed 103,200 meters of drilling. This marks the highest record for the same period in history. The continuous supply of natural gas has provided a solid guarantee for the stable gas consumption of thousands of households in the three provinces and regions of Gansu, Qinghai, and Xizang.
