8月4日，中国石油西南油气田公司2026年累产天然气突破300亿立方米。这是继5月21日突破200亿立方米之后，又一个重要节点，为完成全年生产任务奠定坚实基础。

On August 4th, the Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company of China National Petroleum Corporation achieved a cumulative production of over 30 billion cubic meters of natural gas in 2026. This marks another significant milestone following the breakthrough of 20 billion cubic meters on May 21st, laying a solid foundation for completing the annual production target.

After decades of development, has the old oilfield reached the point of decline? The Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company has provided a negative answer through practice. The old areas have no new blocks to replace, and the production years are getting longer. Challenges are looming. The company has clearly stated "We will not abandon old wells, and we will not waste our energy." With the determination to "fight for every drop of gas," it has enabled old wells to "breathe" again.

稳产的底气，在于技术理念的突破、对措施工艺的精雕细琢。在安岳气田震旦系，一口口因井筒堵塞导致产量下滑或停产的“困难井”，正重新汇入能源动脉。

The foundation for stable production lies in technological breakthroughs and meticulous refinement of operation techniques. In the Zhenan Formation of the An Yue gas field, numerous "difficult wells" that had experienced production decline or shutdown due to wellbore blockages are now being reintegrated into the energy pipeline.

磨溪022-X11井，因井筒严重堵塞关停，一度被判定为“濒死井”。面对含硫化氢、井漏失返和大斜度井段复杂打捞等高难度施工风险，西南油气田公司专家驻井把关，逐项攻克打捞与防腐难关。4月8日，该井经大修及酸化解堵成功复产，日产气超35万立方米，验证了复杂含硫气井的修井工艺体系，为同类型井治理提供了范本。

The No. 022-X11 well in Mochi has been shut down due to severe blockage in the wellbore and was once deemed a "dying well". Facing high-risk operations such as hydrogen sulfide presence, well leakage and re-entry, as well as complex fishing and anti-corrosion tasks in the highly inclined sections, experts from Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company stationed at the well ensured strict quality control for each step. On April 8th, the well was successfully restored to production after major repairs and acid treatment to clear blockages. It now produces over 350,000 cubic meters of gas per day, verifying the well repair technology system for complex sulfur-containing gas wells and providing a model for the treatment of similar types of wells.

西南油气田公司依托实时数据精准研判预警，“预防性解堵”正成为稳产利器。磨溪022-H23井提前开展“放空+捕屑”组合工艺，磨溪022-H31井提前介入实施连续油管冲洗，清理出超200公斤堵塞物，井筒堵塞率从39%降至零，实现从“治已病”到“治未病”的转变。

The Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company relies on real-time data for precise analysis and early warning. "Preventive well unblocking" is now becoming a powerful tool for maintaining stable production. Well 022-H23 in Moxi has carried out the "venting + debris collection" combined process in advance, while Well 022-H31 in Moxi has intervened in advance to implement continuous tubing flushing. More than 200 kilograms of blockage materials were cleared out, reducing the wellbore blockage rate from 39% to zero. This represents a shift from "treating existing problems" to "preventing future problems".

在巫山坎气田，两口大斜度水平井曾是“老大难”。因地层出水，加之特殊井型与井身结构双重限制，门西001-X4井、门西001-H6井长期低效间开，常规单一排水采气工艺效果不佳。西南油气田公司反复论证，创新提出“带压电缆穿孔+泡沫排水+气举”复合联动工艺，两口井日产量大幅提升，效果立竿见影。

In the Wushan Kan gas field, two large-stepped horizontal wells were once major problems. Due to water gushing from the formation, combined with the dual restrictions of the special well type and well structure, the Mengxi 001-X4 well and the Mengxi 001-H6 well had been operating inefficiently in intermittent production for a long time, and the conventional single drainage gas production technology was ineffective. The Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company repeatedly studied and innovatively proposed the "pressurized cable perforation + foam drainage + gas lift" combined linkage technology. The daily production of these two wells has significantly increased, and the effect was immediate.

稳产的底气，更在于地质认知的深化、对资源潜力的精细摸排。停产40年的相17井，评估具有良好的复产资源潜力，通过完善地面管网、优化生产制度，3月18日重新开井，瞬时产量达2.4万方/天，树立关停井效益复产的典型案例。开发52年的中坝气田，依靠地质工程一体化精准攻关，中坝025-X1井测试获高产。

The solid foundation for stable production lies in the deepening of geological understanding and the meticulous exploration of resource potential. The X17 well, which had been out of production for 40 years, was assessed to have good potential for resumption of production. Through the improvement of the surface pipeline network and the optimization of production systems, the well was restarted on March 18th, achieving an instantaneous production rate of 24,000 cubic meters per day, setting a typical case of cost-effective resumption of production after shutdown. The Zhongba gas field, which has been developed for 52 years, achieved high production through precise integrated geological and engineering research on the Zhongba 025-X1 well.

卧龙河气田，面对滚探区生物礁“小而肥”、分布零散的难题，西南油气田公司创新提出“一井四礁”开发方案，卧118-H2单井控制资源量提升100%。今年3月，卧85井老井上试，助推卧龙河气田时隔10年重返日产60万立方米的高位平台，走出老区滚动开发新路径。

The Wolong River gas field, confronted with the problem of small and scattered distribution of bio-reefs in the exploration area, innovatively proposed the "one well with four reefs" development plan by the Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company. The resource control volume of the Wol118-H2 single well increased by 100%. In March this year, the Wol85 well, an old well, was tested, which helped the Wolong River gas field return to a production level of 600,000 cubic meters per day after 10 years, and opened up a new path for the rolling development of the old area.

“一井一策”的精准施策，让一批老井重焕生机。截至目前，西南油气田公司今年实施工艺措施超2600口，增产天然气超30亿方，老井综合递减率控制在11.9%。

The "one well, one strategy" approach of precise measures has revitalized a number of old wells. As of now, the Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company has implemented over 2,600 process measures this year, increasing natural gas production by more than 3 billion cubic meters, and the overall decline rate of old wells has been controlled at 11.9%.

常规气筑牢“压舱石”。安岳气田高石梯灯二、灯四建产高效推进，6口新井井均无阻流量超百万方。蓬莱气田灯二气藏蓬莱001-H32井1月测试获日产气超百万方，打响2026年产能建设“第一枪”。

The conventional gas reservoir serves as the "balancing stone". The production of the Gao Shitie No.2 and No.3 wells in An Yue Gas Field has been advancing efficiently. The average flow rate of all 6 new wells exceeded one million cubic meters. The Peng La Gas Field's Ling No.2 gas reservoir achieved a daily gas production of over one million cubic meters in the test of Well Peng La 001-H32 in January, firing the "first shot" of the capacity construction in 2026.

蓬莱气田灯二段为构造底水气藏，面临提产和控水两大挑战。西南油气田公司通过“地质-地震-工程”多学科协同作战，攻克陡坎精确入靶、优质薄储层精细跟踪、避水改造精准施工三大技术难题。完试井储层钻遇率达90%以上、井均测试日产量超百万方，利用67%的开发井工作量，实现一期方案产能建设提前达产。

The No. 2 section of the Penglai gas field is a gas reservoir with bottom water. It faces two major challenges: increasing production and controlling water. The Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company has overcome three technical difficulties through multi-disciplinary collaboration of "geology - seismology - engineering": precise targeting of steep slopes, detailed tracking of high-quality thin reservoirs, and precise construction of water avoidance projects. The drilling rate of reservoirs for completion and testing reached over 90%, and the average daily production per well exceeded one million cubic meters. With 67% of the development well workload, the production capacity of the first phase was achieved ahead of schedule.

非常规领域突破不断。天府致密气盐亭—三台扩边井测试无阻流量超百万方/天。深层页岩气泸州区块EUR较“四优”阶段提高20%以上。

Breakthroughs in unconventional fields continue to occur. The Tianfu tight gas salt town - San Tou expansion well test achieved a flow rate of over one million cubic meters per day. The EUR (ultimate recoverable reserves) of the deep shale gas block in Luzhou has increased by more than 20% compared to the "Four Superior" stage.

原油战线同样传来振奋消息。今年5月，公司首个原油先导试验方案的9口井全部完钻、首口页岩型页岩油先导试验井开钻，最大日进尺达1015米，刷新区块纪录。新发现的四川盆地首个致密油田顺庆油田，上半年试油井8口均获工业油流。

The crude oil front has also brought encouraging news. In May this year, all 9 wells of the company's first crude oil pilot test plan were completed, and the first shale-type shale oil pilot test well was drilled. The maximum daily drilling depth reached 1,015 meters, setting a new record for the area. The newly discovered Shuicheng Oilfield in the Sichuan Basin, the first tight oil field in the basin, had 8 test oil wells in the first half of the year, all of which achieved industrial oil production.

新井投产节奏持续加快。一季度累计投产新井39口，新建年产能11.05亿方，累计提前投产1293天。上半年开钻井90口、试油压裂超90口、投产新井超80口，新井生产天数增加1303天。截至目前，开钻井、试油压裂井、投产井均超过100口，新井生产天数增加1917天，新井投产节奏明显加快，跑出了实实在在的“加速度”。

The production pace of new wells has continued to accelerate. In the first quarter, a total of 39 new wells were put into production, with a new annual production capacity of 1.105 billion cubic meters. A total of 1,293 days were saved in the early production. In the first half of the year, 90 wells were drilled, over 90 wells underwent oil testing and fracturing, and over 80 new wells were put into production. The production days of new wells increased by 1,303 days. As of now, the number of drilled wells, oil testing and fracturing wells, and newly produced wells has exceeded 100 each, and the production days of new wells have increased by 1,917 days. The production pace of new wells has significantly accelerated, achieving a tangible "acceleration".

The regular production and construction daily meeting mechanism is firmly in place. All departments work together to solve problems. Over 90% of the issues and conflicts are closed and resolved within 24 hours. Quarterly rolling optimization, monthly rigid implementation, and daily tracking analysis are planned to be carried out. More than 20 items of equipment maintenance arrangements have been dynamically adjusted, resulting in an increase of 0.8 billion cubic meters of production.

要素保障坚实有力。高峰动用钻机109台、压裂设备25套，供电可靠率达99.99%。

The support for key elements is solid and robust. During the peak period, 109 drilling rigs and 25 sets of fracturing equipment were in use, and the power supply reliability rate reached 99.99%.

井工程提速提效成果显著。常规气开发井钻井周期实现“三连降”，故障复杂时效首次降至6%以下；探井单层试油周期提速19.2%。

The speed-up and efficiency improvement in well engineering have achieved remarkable results. The drilling cycle for conventional gas development wells has witnessed three consecutive reductions, and the complexity-related failure rate has been reduced to below 6% for the first time; the single-layer oil testing cycle for exploration wells has been accelerated by 19.2%.

数智化转型，为增储上产锻造新引擎。相国寺储气库建成智能管控平台，关键参数采集覆盖率达100%。地质、地质力学、气藏数模、井筒、地面管网等6大模型打破专业壁垒，数据“流动”起来。过去一个采气配产方案需一周，现在10分钟便能生成。6大模型完成300多次微调，综合准确率从78%提升到90%以上。

Digital transformation has forged a new engine for increasing reserves and production. The Xiangguosi Storage and Gathering Station has established an intelligent control platform, with the collection rate of key parameters reaching 100%. Six major models including geology, geomechanics, reservoir numerical simulation, wellbore, and onshore pipeline network have broken down professional barriers and enabled data to flow. Previously, a gas production and allocation plan took one week, but now it can be generated in just 10 minutes. The six models have undergone over 300 minor adjustments, and the overall accuracy rate has increased from 78% to over 90%.

川南页岩气区块推行平台井拉链式压裂，大幅提高压裂效率。智能间开、智能泡排等系统加快部署，生产运行逐步从“人治”转向“数治”。油气生产信息基础设施智能运维体系推广后，纳管集成率达98%，劳动用工减少20%以上，故障处置速度提高30%。

In the southern Sichuan shale gas block, the "chain-type" fracturing method for platform wells has been implemented, significantly improving the fracturing efficiency. Systems such as intelligent inter-well opening and intelligent foam drainage have been rapidly deployed. The production operation has gradually shifted from "human management" to "data management". After the promotion of the intelligent operation and maintenance system for oil and gas production information infrastructure, the management coverage rate has reached 98%, labor input has been reduced by more than 20%, and the fault handling speed has increased by 30%.
