On the morning of July 24th, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Biogas Natural Gas Demonstration Project of China Pingmei Group in Yexian County was held at the Advanced Manufacturing Zone of Yexian County. 李本斌在介绍项目概况时说，生物天然气示范项目是集团深化绿色转型、布局生物质能源领域的首个示范工程，也是目前国内行业规模领先的秸秆高值化综合利用项目，将为河南农业废弃物资源化利用、能源结构优化注入新动能。希望参建单位干部职工倒排工期、挂图作战，严把安全关、质量关和环保关，确保项目高标准、高效率建成投产，全力打造生物天然气领域的标杆工程和精品工程。

Li Benbin, while introducing the project overview, said that the biogas demonstration project is the first pilot project of the group to deepen its green transformation and lay out the field of biomass energy. It is also the largest domestic project in the industry for the high-value utilization of straw, and will inject new momentum into the resource utilization of agricultural waste in Henan Province and the optimization of the energy structure. We hope that the staff and cadres of the participating units will work out a schedule in reverse order, use a chart to plan their tasks, strictly control safety, quality and environmental protection, and ensure that the project is completed and put into production at a high standard and efficiency, and strive to build a benchmark project and a high-quality project in the field of biogas.

项目合作方蚂蚁能源服务有限公司、叶县人民政府有关负责人分别就加快该项目建设、推动项目早日见效致辞。

The project's partner, Ant Energy Services Co., Ltd., and the relevant officials from the Yexian County Government respectively delivered speeches expressing their support for accelerating the project's construction and promoting its early effectiveness.

刘文祥在致辞中说，生物天然气示范项目的落地实施，是平顶山市践行绿色发展理念、落实“双碳”战略部署的具体实践，能够示范带动农业废弃物资源化利用，促进工农业深度融合，为全市循环经济高质量发展注入新动能。希望建设单位严格把控质量安全，高标准推进项目建设；叶县和相关部门主动对接项目需求，持续做好服务保障，确保项目早建成、早投产、早达效。

In his speech, Liu Wenxiang said that the implementation of the biogas demonstration project is a concrete practice of Pingdingshan City in implementing the green development concept and fulfilling the "dual carbon" strategic deployment. It can demonstrate and promote the resource utilization of agricultural waste, promote the deep integration of industry and agriculture, and inject new momentum into the high-quality development of the city's circular economy. We hope that the construction unit will strictly control quality and safety, and promote the project at a high standard; Ye County and relevant departments will actively connect with the project requirements, continuously provide services and guarantees, and ensure that the project is completed early, put into production early, and achieve results early.

据了解，该项目总规划年产5000万Nm³生物天然气，一期占地143亩（1亩≈666.67平方米），年产生物天然气2500万Nm³、有机肥10万吨。项目采用成熟厌氧发酵工艺，以玉米秸秆等农业有机废弃物为原料，构建“发酵产气、提纯制气、压缩液化、沼渣制肥、沼液还田”全闭环绿色产业链，建成后每年可消纳秸秆等有机废弃物20万吨，年减排二氧化碳8万吨，同步获取CCER（中国核证自愿减排量）碳收益，兼顾能源供给、生态治理与产业增收多重价值。

It is known that the total planned annual output of this project is 50 million cubic meters of biogas. The first phase covers an area of 143 acres (1 acre ≈ 666.67 square meters), with an annual output of 25 million cubic meters of biogas and 1 million tons of organic fertilizer. The project adopts a mature anaerobic fermentation process, using agricultural organic waste such as corn stalks as raw materials, to build a "fermentation to produce gas, purification to produce gas, compression and liquefaction, sludge fertilizer production, and slurry return to the field" fully closed green industrial chain. After completion, it can consume 200,000 tons of organic waste such as corn stalks annually, reduce 80,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions, simultaneously obtain CCER (China Certified Emission Reduction) carbon income, and achieve multiple values including energy supply, ecological governance, and industrial income increase.

仪式结束后，与会嘉宾前往中国岩盐博物馆参观。随后，在叶县人民政府第一会议室举行生物质天然气产业高质量发展研讨暨战略合作签约仪式，仪式由李本斌主持。平煤神马格润能源（河南）有限公司（以下简称格润能源）与蚂蚁能源服务有限公司、中国沼气学会等20多家上下游企业、行业协会签署战略合作协议。刘国强代表中国能源研究会向格润能源授予“中国能源研究会常务理事单位”“首批绿色燃料产业引领示范基地”“中国绿色燃料可持续认证体系应用示范单位”牌匾。

After the ceremony, the guests attended a visit to the China Rock Salt Museum. Subsequently, a discussion on the high-quality development of the biomass natural gas industry and a strategic cooperation signing ceremony were held in the first meeting room of the Ye County People's Government. The ceremony was presided over by Li Benbin. Pingmei Shiqigun Energy (Henan) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shiqigun Energy") signed strategic cooperation agreements with Ant Energy Service Co., Ltd., the China Biogas Society, and over 20 upstream and downstream enterprises and industry associations. Liu Guoqiang, on behalf of the China Energy Research Society, presented the plaques of "Regular Member Unit of the China Energy Research Society", "First Green Fuel Industry Leading Demonstration Base", and "Application Demonstration Unit of China's Green Fuel Sustainable Certification System" to Shiqigun Energy.
