7月19日，据中国石油消息，中国石油西南油气田公司上半年油气生产实现双增长，累计生产天然气253.1亿立方米，油气当量突破2000万吨，创历史同期新高。

On July 19th, according to information from China National Petroleum Corporation, the Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company of China National Petroleum achieved double growth in oil and gas production in the first half of the year. A total of 25.31 billion cubic meters of natural gas were produced, and the oil and gas equivalent exceeded 20 million tons, setting a new historical high for the same period.

今年以来，西南油气田公司坚持把勘探放在首位，向深层、超深层要储量。上半年钻获百万方高产工业气井5口，天然气产量同比增加12.96亿立方米，增幅达5.4%；原油产量同比大幅增长62.26%，油气当量较去年同期新增115万吨，增幅约6%，各项指标均创历史最佳。

Since the beginning of this year, the Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company has prioritized exploration and has been seeking reserves in deeper and ultra-deep layers. In the first half of the year, 5 million cubic meter high-yield industrial gas wells were drilled, and the natural gas production increased by 1.296 billion cubic meters compared with the same period last year, with an increase of 5.4%. The crude oil production also increased significantly by 62.26% compared with the previous year. The total oil and gas equivalent production increased by 1.15 million tons compared with the same period last year, with an increase of approximately 6%. All indicators have achieved the best results in history.

四川盆地天然气资源丰富，但地质条件复杂，勘探难度极大。西南油气田公司地球物理部主任冉崎表示，企业突出风险引领、强化集中勘探，在海相碳酸盐岩、陆相致密气、页岩气、原油四大领域取得8项新成果、新进展。川西地区重点探井测试获高产工业气流，进一步证实了川西深层海相碳酸盐岩巨大的勘探潜力；川中古隆起瞄准灯影组、龙王庙组等深层目标，通过精细构造解释和储层预测，落实了一批规模储量区，有力夯实了增储上产的资源底气。

The Sichuan Basin is rich in natural gas resources, but its geological conditions are complex, making exploration extremely difficult. Ran Qi, the director of the Geophysics Department of Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company, stated that the company has prioritized risk management and strengthened concentrated exploration. In the marine carbonate rocks, continental tight gas, shale gas, and crude oil four major fields, the company has achieved eight new achievements and progress. In the western Sichuan region, key exploration wells have tested high-yield industrial gas flows, further confirming the huge exploration potential of deep marine carbonate rocks in the western Sichuan area. In the central Sichuan uplift, aiming at deep targets such as the Lingying Formation and Longwangmiao Formation, through detailed structural interpretation and reservoir prediction, a number of large-scale reserve areas have been identified, effectively strengthening the resource foundation for increasing reserves and production.

在原油领域，四川盆地正加快补齐短板。西南油气田明确原油“亿吨增储、百万吨上产”发展目标，于2025年底成立原油事业部。今年上半年，勘探接连取得重要突破，新发现四川盆地首个致密油田——南充顺庆油田，填补了盆地致密油规模勘探空白。今年5月，川中侏罗系原油9口先导试验井全部完钻，首口页岩型页岩油先导试验井开钻，日进尺达1015米，刷新区块纪录，为后续原油上产夯实了资源基础。

In the crude oil sector, the Sichuan Basin is accelerating efforts to address its shortcomings. The Southwest Oil and Gas Field has set a goal of "increasing crude oil reserves by one billion tons and increasing production by one million tons" and will establish a crude oil division by the end of 2025. In the first half of this year, exploration has made significant breakthroughs one after another, and the first tight oil field in the Sichuan Basin - the Nanchong Shunqing Oilfield - was discovered, filling the gap in large-scale exploration of tight oil in the basin. In May this year, all nine pilot test wells of Jurassic-aged crude oil in the Sichuan Basin were completed, and the first shale-type shale oil pilot test well was drilled. The daily drilling depth reached 1,015 meters, breaking the block record, and laying a solid resource foundation for subsequent crude oil production increase.

在开发生产方面，西南油气田公司推行精细化生产管理，建立“日跟踪、周分析、月调整”动态管理机制。面对储层条件复杂、开发难度加大等挑战，企业坚持常规气与非常规气并重、勘探与开发并进、老区挖潜与新区建产并举。常规气领域，安岳气田、蓬莱气田等主力气田高效建产。开发模式创新亮点频出，卧龙河气田创新提出“一井四礁”开发方案，单井控制资源量从5亿立方米提升至10亿立方米以上。今年3月，卧85井老井上试获日产超11万立方米工业气流，气田时隔10年重返日产60万立方米高位平台。

In terms of production and development, the Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company has implemented refined production management and established a dynamic management mechanism of "daily tracking, weekly analysis, and monthly adjustment". Facing challenges such as complex reservoir conditions and increased development difficulty, the enterprise adheres to the principle of giving equal emphasis to conventional gas and unconventional gas, advancing exploration and development simultaneously, and promoting the optimization of old areas and the establishment of new production areas. In the conventional gas sector, key gas fields such as An Yue Gas Field and Peng Lai Gas Field have achieved efficient production. Innovation highlights in the development model have emerged frequently. The Wolonghe Gas Field innovatively proposed the "one well, four reefs" development plan, increasing the controlled resource volume per well from 500 million cubic meters to over 1 billion cubic meters. In March this year, the Wol 85 well, an old well, achieved a daily industrial gas flow of over 110,000 cubic meters during the trial production, and the gas field returned to a high-level platform of over 600,000 cubic meters per day after a 10-year hiatus.

老井挖潜成为稳产的重要支撑。西南油气田公司推行“一井一策”精准打法，一批“边际井”“水淹井”重焕生机。磨溪022-X11井经大修及酸化解堵后成功复产，日产气超35万立方米；巫山坎气田两口大斜度水平井通过复合联动工艺，日产量从1万立方米提升至7.1万立方米。在川南页岩气区块，推行平台井“拉链式”压裂，大幅提高压裂效率、降低作业成本。深层页岩气、致密气开发技术持续迭代，单井产量和采收率稳步提升。

Enhancing the production capacity of existing wells has become an important support for stable production. The Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company has adopted a "one-well-one-plan" precise approach, revitalizing a number of "marginal wells" and "waterlogged wells". The Moxi 022-X11 well successfully resumed production after major repairs and acid fracturing, with a daily gas output exceeding 350,000 cubic meters. Two deep-slope horizontal wells in the Wushan Kan gas field increased their daily output from 10,000 cubic meters to 71,000 cubic meters through a combined linkage process. In the southern Sichuan shale gas block, the "chain-link" fracturing method for platform wells has been implemented, significantly improving fracturing efficiency and reducing operation costs. Deep shale gas and tight gas development technologies have continued to be refined, with single-well production and recovery rates steadily increasing.

西南油气田公司副总地质师杨洪志介绍，下半年计划投产井177口，新建年产能41.88亿立方米。预计到今年底，油气当量将突破4100万吨，为“十五五”持续规模上产奠定基础，有力支撑川渝千亿立方米级天然气产能基地建设。

Yang Hongzhi, the deputy geologist-in-charge of Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company, introduced that in the second half of the year, 177 production wells are planned to be put into operation, and the new annual production capacity will reach 4.188 billion cubic meters. It is expected that by the end of this year, the oil and gas equivalent will exceed 41 million tons, laying a foundation for the continuous and large-scale production increase in the "15-19" period and providing strong support for the construction of the trillion-cubic-meter natural gas production base in Sichuan and Chongqing.
