近日,福斯达天津600TPD LNG 冷能液体空分装置成功试车,为全面投产奠定了坚实基础。该装置位于南港工业区,应用于天津南港LNG冷能综合利用示范项目,创新性地利用LNG气化过程释放的低温冷能作为空分系统主冷源,替代传统高能耗的电驱动制冷环节,大幅降低系统能耗。Recently, the 600TPD LNG cold energy liquid air separation unit of Fosstar in Tianjin successfully completed its trial run, laying a solid foundation for full-scale production. This unit is located in the Nangang Industrial Zone and is applied to the Tianjin Nangang LNG Cold Energy Comprehensive Utilization Demonstration Project. It innovatively utilizes the low-temperature cold energy released during the LNG gasification process as the main cold source for the air separation system, replacing the traditional high-energy-consuming electric-driven refrigeration环节, significantly reducing system energy consumption.
