7月23日，重庆页岩气勘探开发有限责任公司顺利完成足210井区停气碰口作业，从关井停气到开井复产仅用26小时，较上报计划提前22小时。本次作业严格按照既定方案安全高效实施，在确保施工质量与本质安全的前提下，最大限度压缩了停气时长，降低了对下游用户影响，为区域页岩气产能释放、管网互联互通及全年产量任务完成打下坚实基础。

On July 23rd, Chongqing Shale Gas Exploration and Development Co., Ltd. successfully completed the gas shutdown and well connection operation in the Zuo 210 well area. From the shutdown of the wells to the resumption of production, it only took 26 hours, which was 22 hours ahead of the reported schedule. This operation was carried out safely and efficiently in accordance with the predetermined plan. While ensuring the construction quality and inherent safety, it minimized the downtime of the wells and reduced the impact on downstream users, laying a solid foundation for the release of regional shale gas production capacity, the interconnection of pipelines, and the completion of the annual production targets.

本次片区联合停气碰口覆盖5个项目，共计8个作业点，同时，利用停气机会同步开展足206平台高低压分输技改、球筒球阀更换及足201H8A/B平台除砂器、分离器、阀门腐蚀情况验证等工作。面对碰口点位多、覆盖范围广、作业区域分散、统筹协调难度大、连续高温天气影响等多重困难，项目团队在作业前多次开展现场踏勘与专项论证，精细编制停气、放空、置换、动火、连头、试压、复产全流程方案，同时合理调配人员力量，灵活调整作业时段，严格落实防暑降温各项措施，为后续施工做好了靠实保障。作业期间，全体参建人员坚守一线岗位，各专业紧密协同、连续奋战，高效保质的完成任务。

This round of joint gas shutdown and connection operation covered 5 projects, involving a total of 8 operation points. At the same time, during the gas shutdown period, various tasks such as the technical renovation of the high and low pressure pipeline distribution on the Foot 206 platform, the replacement of ball valves in the ball tanks, and the verification of corrosion conditions of the sand separators, separators, and valves on the Foot 201H8A/B platform were carried out simultaneously. Facing multiple challenges such as numerous connection points, wide coverage area, scattered operation areas, difficulty in overall coordination, the influence of continuous high-temperature weather, the project team conducted multiple on-site surveys and special analyses before the operation, meticulously formulated the entire process plans for gas shutdown, venting, replacement, hot work, connection, pressure testing, and resumption of production. At the same time, they reasonably allocated personnel strength, flexibly adjusted operation time periods, and strictly implemented various heat protection and cooling measures to provide solid guarantees for the subsequent construction. During the operation, all construction personnel remained at their frontline positions, and all specialties worked closely together, continuously fighting, to complete the tasks efficiently and with high quality.

此次停气碰口作业的顺利完成，进一步完善了足210井区集输管网结构，提升了干线输送能力与系统调度灵活性，为井区产能发挥提供有力支撑。下一步，该公司将持续提升管网运维、隐患治理与应急保障能力，在全面完成年度产量任务的基础上，为区域社会经济发展贡献安全、高效、绿色的重页力量。

The successful completion of this gas shutdown and connection operation has further improved the pipeline network structure in the 210 Well Area, enhanced the capacity of the main line transportation and the flexibility of system scheduling, and provided strong support for the production capacity of the well area.
