中国石油网消息：9月14日了解到，由管道局一公司承建的坦桑尼亚恩托亚天然气管道项目全线贯通。这条全长33.766公里、管径355.6毫米的能源动脉，仅用7个月便完成关键节点目标，跑出海外工程建设“加速度”。

China Oil News: On September 14th, it was learned that the Enthoa Natural Gas Pipeline Project in Tanzania, which was constructed by the First Company of the Pipeline Bureau, has been fully completed. This energy artery, with a total length of 33.766 kilometers and a pipe diameter of 355.6 millimeters, achieved its key milestones in just 7 months, demonstrating the "acceleration" of overseas engineering construction.

恩托亚天然气管道起于恩托亚气田，止于马迪姆巴天然气处理厂，配套建设首末站、截断阀室等设施，设计日输气能力396.4万立方米。作为坦桑尼亚南部天然气开发的核心战略配套工程，项目旨在将恩托亚气田资源接入国家现有天然气利用体系，打通天然气由地下储量向实际能源供应转化的关键通道。

The Entoya natural gas pipeline starts from the Entoya gas field and ends at the Madimba natural gas processing plant. It also includes the construction of stations at both the beginning and the end, as well as cut-off valve rooms and other facilities. The designed daily gas transmission capacity is 3,964,000 cubic meters. As a core strategic supporting project for the development of natural gas in southern Tanzania, the project aims to connect the resources of the Entoya gas field to the existing natural gas utilization system of the country, and open up the key channel for the transformation of underground reserves of natural gas into actual energy supply.

建成后，将进一步增强坦桑尼亚国内天然气供应能力，为燃气发电提供稳定气源，并为工业生产、商业发展和居民用能创造更加可靠的能源条件。

After its completion, it will further enhance Tanzania's domestic natural gas supply capacity, provide a stable gas source for gas-fired power generation, and create more reliable energy conditions for industrial production, commercial development and residential energy use.

该项目地处坦桑尼亚南部偏远区域，进场条件差，物资保障薄弱，施工面临多重考验。项目部结合现场实际，落实“雨季蓄力筹备、旱季集中攻坚”策略，高效破解工期难题。项目执行全过程严守质量安全底线，针对复杂地段推行“一段一策”施工，关键工序旁站验收，实现全过程可追溯。全线焊接一次合格率达99.21%，实现零安全事故、零质量隐患。参建团队倒排工期，高效完成主体焊接、管道下沟等系列节点，优质履约赢得业主高度认可。

This project is located in a remote area in the southern part of Tanzania. The access conditions are poor and the material support is weak, presenting multiple challenges for the construction. The project team, based on the actual situation on site, implemented the strategy of "preparing in the rainy season and concentrating efforts in the dry season", effectively solving the problems related to the construction schedule. Throughout the execution process, the project strictly adhered to the bottom line of quality and safety, and for the complex sections, they adopted the "one plan for one section" construction method, conducting on-site supervision and acceptance for key processes, achieving traceability throughout the entire process. The overall welding pass rate reached 99.21%, and there were no safety accidents or quality hazards. The construction team scheduled the construction period in advance and efficiently completed a series of nodes such as the main welding and pipeline trenching, achieving high-quality performance and earning the high recognition of the owner.

下一步，项目部将有序开展地貌恢复、清管测径、氮气封存、竣工资料整理等收尾工作，全力推动项目闭环落地，为深耕东非能源市场打下坚实基础。

Next, the project team will carry out the remaining tasks in an orderly manner, including landform restoration, pigging and measurement, nitrogen sealing, and completion data organization.
