中国石油网消息:6月11日数据显示,兰州石化化工火炬气通过实施回收再利用等举措,火炬气放散量显著下降。这标志着兰州石化化工火炬气系统治理工作取得突破性进展,企业绿色低碳发展再上新台阶。

China Petroleum News: Data from June 11th shows that by implementing measures such as recovery and reuse, the emission volume of the chemical flare gas at Lanzhou Petrochemical has significantly decreased. This indicates that the treatment work of the chemical flare gas system at Lanzhou Petrochemical has achieved a breakthrough, and the enterprise's green and low-carbon development has reached a new level.


随着生产负荷不断提高,受火炬气中氮气含量偏高等因素制约,系统火炬气回收利用率较低,给生态环境保护带来一定压力,制约企业绿色高质量发展。

As the production load continues to increase, due to factors such as the high nitrogen content in the flare gas, the utilization rate of flare gas recovery in the system is relatively low, which brings certain pressure to environmental protection and restricts the green and high-quality development of the enterprise.


聚焦火炬气回收利用瓶颈,兰州石化精准施策,通过新增一台高效螺杆式压缩机,并优化完善相应配套设施,将回收的火炬气并入兰州石化燃料气管网,实现废气的资源化再利用。

Focusing on the bottlenecks in the recovery and utilization of flare gas, Lanzhou Petrochemical has taken precise measures. By adding a new high-efficiency screw compressor and optimizing and improving the corresponding supporting facilities, the recovered flare gas was integrated into the fuel gas network of Lanzhou Petrochemical, achieving the resource utilization of waste gas.


项目顺利实施后成效显著,化工区火炬气放散量断崖式下降,正常工况下火炬气资源全部回收,在大幅减少能源损耗的同时,有效实现降本增效,推动企业实现安全生产提质、生态环保提标、经营效益提效3个维度跨越。

After the successful implementation of the project, remarkable results were achieved. The venting volume of flammable gas in the chemical industrial zone dropped sharply. Under normal operating conditions, all the flammable gas resources were fully recovered. This not only significantly reduced energy consumption but also effectively achieved cost reduction and efficiency improvement, enabling the enterprise to make breakthroughs in three aspects: improving safety production quality, enhancing ecological environmental standards, and enhancing business efficiency.
