今年以来，该厂锚定年度生产经营目标，坚持“度电必争、量价双优”工作导向，加强与电网调度沟通协调，精准对接电力市场交易，抢抓负荷高峰与发电黄金窗口期，完成机组无差错启停34台次，全力抢发、多发效益电。

Since the beginning of this year, this factory has set its annual production and operation goals as the benchmark, adhered to the work orientation of "striving for every kilowatt-hour, achieving both high quantity and high price", strengthened communication and coordination with the power grid dispatching department, precisely aligned with power market transactions, seized the peak load period and the golden window period for power generation, completed 34 successful startups and shutdowns of the units without any errors, and made every effort to generate and increase profitable electricity.

Strictly implement the 24-hour emergency duty and monitoring system, closely monitor the key operating parameters of the unit, continuously optimize the operation mode, standardize the operation procedures, and continuously enhance the response speed and operational stability of the unit load.

严格落实安全生产主体责任，扎实开展季节性安全大检查、“事故警示月”活动，加大隐患排查治理，对发电机组、输煤系统、GIS站等重点区域开展常态化排查，建立问题表单清单，制定整改措施，及时化解各类安全风险。

Strictly implement the main responsibility for safety production, carry out seasonal safety inspections and the "accident warning month" activities earnestly, intensify the investigation and rectification of hidden dangers, conduct regular inspections in key areas such as power generation units, coal conveying systems, and GIS stations, establish a problem list and checklist, formulate rectification measures, and promptly eliminate all kinds of safety risks.

加强设备运维管理，严格落实“两票三制”，严把检修质量关，高标准完成1号、2号机组C级检修工作，有效提升设备健康水平，确保机组“启得动、发得出、顶得上”。持续深化“一机一策”燃煤掺烧策略，优化经济煤掺烧方案，深挖节能降耗潜力，实现安全生产与经营效益双提升。
