中国石油网消息：5月13日，吐哈油田准东新区日产原油1830吨，连续第6天在1800吨以上运行。这是继4月10日原油日产量达1600吨、4月26日达1700吨后，再次实现百吨级跃升。

China Oil News: On May 13th, the Qiandong New Area of Tuha Oilfield produced 1,830 tons of crude oil per day, maintaining a level above 1,800 tons for the sixth consecutive day. This marks another significant increase to the hundred-ton level, following the 1,600-ton daily output on April 10th and the 1,700-ton output on April 26th.

自2019年获得准东流转新区以来，吐哈油田大力实施规模勘探、效益开发，产量箭头一路上扬。2023年9月，原油日产量由2019年底的28吨增加至1000吨。2025年6月，日产量突破1500吨后，新区上产面临技术、效益等多重瓶颈，原油日产量在1500吨上下徘徊。

Since obtaining the Quandong Transfer New Area in 2019, the Turpan Oilfield has vigorously carried out large-scale exploration and efficient development, with production figures steadily rising. In September 2023, the daily crude oil output increased from 28 tons at the end of 2019 to 1,000 tons. In June 2025, after the daily output exceeded 1,500 tons, the new area faced multiple bottlenecks such as technology and efficiency, and the daily crude oil output fluctuated around 1,500 tons.

今年3月，吐哈油田作出抢产提效攻坚部署，准东勘探开发现场指挥部进驻准东新区。攻坚团队全面排查康探、吉阜、萨探等主力区块问题油井，采取措施释放产能。

In March this year, the Tuha Oilfield made a deployment for accelerating production and improving efficiency. The exploration and development site command center of Jincheng East was moved to the Jincheng East New District. The breakthrough team thoroughly inspected the problem oil wells in the main blocks such as Kangtou, Jiufu and Saotou, and took measures to increase production capacity.

3月5日，康探001H井经冲砂等作业后，日产增长60％。实施气举采油后，原油日产量比气举前翻了一番。康探001H井取得成功后，攻坚团队又排查筛选出重点治理井25口，目前已实施措施井20口，共增加产能81吨。

On March 5th, after operations such as sand flushing in the Kangtai 001H well, the daily output increased by 60%. After implementing gas lift oil production, the daily crude oil output doubled compared to before the gas lift operation. After the successful completion of the Kangtai 001H well, the breakthrough team further identified and selected 25 key treatment wells. Currently, 20 of these wells have implemented measures, and a total of 81 tons of production capacity has been increased.

准东新区重新构建非常规技术系列，激活油井产能。阜4801H井经大量模拟试验后，系统优化生产参数，日产原油增加了3．6倍。截至目前，在康探区块像这样的措施已在5口井应用，口口井见效，日增油154吨，且含水稳中有降。

The Qiandong New District has restructured a series of unconventional technologies to enhance the production capacity of oil wells. After numerous simulation tests on Well Fu 4801H, the production parameters were optimized by the system, resulting in a 3.6-fold increase in daily crude oil output. Up to now, such measures have been applied to 5 wells in the Kangtai block. Each well has shown effectiveness, with an increase of 154 tons of oil per day, and the water content has stabilized and decreased slightly.

准东新区推行“三线四区”工作法，将全部油井按照投入产出效益排队，划分为高效、效益、边际、无效四类井，实行一井一策分类治理。

The Jundong New District has implemented the "three lines and four zones" working method. All oil wells are ranked according to their input-output efficiency and divided into four categories: efficient, profitable, marginal, and ineffective wells. Each well is treated with a customized plan for targeted management.

奇2－3－3井原本处在效益“边际区”，经酸化改造后日产增加，跻身“高效区”。目前，已实施压裂、酸化、转抽等措施32井次，日增产能132吨；复产长停井9口，日恢复产能8．7吨。效益上产成效明显，吨油完全成本同比下降9．4％，自然递减率得到有效控制，机采井检泵周期同比延长30％。

Well No. 2-3-3 was originally in the "marginal production area". After acidification treatment, its daily output increased and it entered the "high-efficiency area". Currently, 32 well operations including fracturing, acidizing, and switching to pumping have been carried out, resulting in a daily increase in production capacity of 132 tons; 9 shut-down wells have been restarted, with a daily recovery of 8.7 tons of production capacity. The production efficiency has shown significant benefits, with the total cost per ton of oil decreasing by 9.4%, the natural decline rate has been effectively controlled, and the inspection and pump replacement cycle of mechanical wells has been extended by 30% compared to the previous year.

通过一个多月的努力，高效井、效益井分别增加1口和6口。准东新区通过实施气举采油等增产措施，推动原油产量大幅提升，一个月内原油日产量实现百吨级“三连跳”。

After more than a month of efforts, the number of efficient wells and high-yield wells increased by 1 and 6 respectively. The Jundong New District, by implementing measures such as gas lift oil production, has significantly boosted crude oil production. Within a month, the daily crude oil output achieved a "three consecutive leaps" of hundreds of tons.
