欧盟统计局4月21日公布的数据显示，今年3月欧盟油价大涨，柴油价格环比增长逾19%，汽油价格环比增长逾10%。

Data released by Eurostat on April 21st shows that in March this year, oil prices in the European Union rose sharply. The price of diesel increased by more than 19% compared with the previous month, and the price of gasoline rose by more than 10% compared with the previous month.

数据显示，今年3月，欧盟燃油和润滑油价格同比增长12.9%。在欧盟27个成员国中，除匈牙利和斯洛文尼亚，其余25个成员国燃油和润滑油价格同比均有增长。

The data shows that in March this year, the prices of fuel and lubricants in the European Union increased by 12.9% year-on-year. Among the 27 member states of the European Union, except for Hungary and Slovenia, the prices of fuel and lubricants in the remaining 25 member states all increased year-on-year.

欧盟统计局表示，今年3月德国燃油和润滑油价格同比增长19.8%，在欧盟成员国中涨幅最高，其次是罗马尼亚、荷兰和拉脱维亚，今年3月燃油和润滑油价格同比分别增长19.6%、18.8%和18.5%。

The Eurostat has stated that in March this year, the prices of fuel and lubricants in Germany rose by 19.8% compared to the previous year, making it the country with the highest increase among the EU member states. Romania, the Netherlands and Latvia followed closely, with the respective year-on-year growth rates of 19.6%, 18.8% and 18.5% for fuel and lubricants in March this year.

从柴油和汽油价格看，数据显示今年3月欧盟柴油价格同比增长19.8%，环比增长19.1%。汽油价格同比增长9.4%，环比增长10.6%。

From the perspective of diesel and gasoline prices, the data shows that in March this year, the price of diesel in the European Union increased by 19.8% year-on-year and rose by 19.1% month-on-month. The price of gasoline increased by 9.4% year-on-year and rose by 10.6% month-on-month.

欧盟成员国方面，今年3月所有成员国柴油和汽油价格环比均有增长，其中捷克和瑞典柴油价格环比均增长27.6%，在欧盟成员国中涨幅最高，其次是爱沙尼亚、拉脱维亚、比利时和荷兰，柴油价格环比分别增长26.8%、25.4%、25.2%和25.1%。反之，今年3月斯洛文尼亚柴油价格环比增长2.9%，在欧盟成员国中涨幅最低，其次是斯洛伐克和匈牙利，柴油价格环比均增长7%。

In terms of EU member states, in March this year, the prices of diesel and gasoline in all member states increased month-on-month. Among them, the diesel prices in the Czech Republic and Sweden increased by 27.6% month-on-month, with the highest increase rate in the EU member states. Followed by Estonia, Latvia, Belgium and the Netherlands, the diesel prices increased by 26.8%, 25.4%, 25.2% and 25.1% respectively month-on-month. On the contrary, in March this year, the diesel price in Slovenia increased by 2.9% month-on-month, with the lowest increase rate among the EU member states. Followed by Slovakia and Hungary, the diesel prices increased by 7% month-on-month in both countries.

汽油价格方面，今年3月比利时汽油价格环比增长15.1%，在欧盟成员国中涨幅最高，其次是瑞典、奥地利和捷克，汽油价格环比分别增长15%、14.8%和14.6%。反之，今年3月斯洛文尼亚汽油价格环比增长2.4%，在欧盟成员国中涨幅最低，其次是斯洛伐克、匈牙利和意大利，汽油价格环比分别增长3.8%、4.7%和4.8%。

Regarding gasoline prices, in March this year, the price in Belgium increased by 15.1% compared with the previous month, making it the country with the highest increase among EU member states. Sweden, Austria and the Czech Republic followed with price increases of 15%, 14.8% and 14.6% respectively. On the contrary, in March this year, the gasoline price in Slovenia increased by 2.4% compared with the previous month, making it the country with the lowest increase among EU member states. Slovakia, Hungary and Italy followed with price increases of 3.8%, 4.7% and 4.8% respectively.
