近日，韩国产业通商资源部宣布，受中东冲突持续导致供应链中断影响，韩国计划拨款4695亿韩元(约合3.1亿美元)，用于补贴石油进口。

Recently, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy of South Korea announced that due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East causing disruptions in supply chains, the country plans to allocate 469.5 billion won (approximately 310 million US dollars) to subsidize oil imports.

韩国产业通商资源部宣布，根据该项提案，政府将为拥有石油裂解中心(NCC)装置的石化企业补贴自中东冲突爆发以来石油进口单价涨幅的50%。韩国产业通商资源部还表示，将额外追加1584亿韩元用于扩大石油储备。该项补充预算草案已提交国会审议。据韩联社报道，执政党民主党与最大在野党国民力量党已达成一致，力争在4月10日前通过该预算案。

The Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy of South Korea announced that, according to this proposal, the government will provide subsidies of 50% of the increase in the price of oil imports since the outbreak of the conflict in the Middle East to petrochemical enterprises that have oil cracking center (NCC) facilities. The Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy also stated that an additional 158.4 billion won will be allocated for expanding oil reserves. The supplementary budget draft has been submitted to the National Assembly for review. According to the Yonhap News Agency, the ruling Democratic Party and the largest opposition party, the National Power Party, have reached an agreement and are striving to pass the budget proposal by April 10.

韩国产业通商资源部承诺，将负责任地保障医疗、核心产业所需石化产品的国内供应。该部门正联合相关部委，持续监控原料供应、价格走势、国内生产中断及供需紧张情况。韩国产业通商资源部同时要求“企业也应尽全力寻找替代石油货源，扩大石化产品生产与国内供应”。

The Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy of South Korea has promised to responsibly ensure the domestic supply of petrochemical products needed for healthcare and core industries. The ministry is collaborating with relevant departments and continuously monitoring raw material supply, price trends, domestic production disruptions, and supply-demand imbalances. The ministry also urges "enterprises to do their utmost to find alternative sources of petroleum and expand the production and domestic supply of petrochemical products."

为应对霍尔木兹海峡封锁带来的出口困境，韩国将向中小企业、中型企业发放255亿韩元紧急援助金;向海外分支机构提供75亿韩元、向海外合资物流中心提供59亿韩元，以减轻物流成本压力、协助开拓替代市场。韩国已从3月27日起实施为期5个月的石油出口禁令，优先保障国内供应。

To address the export difficulties caused by the blockade of the Strait of Hormuz, South Korea will provide 25.5 billion won in emergency aid to small and medium-sized enterprises and medium-sized companies; 7.5 billion won to overseas branches and 5.9 billion won to overseas joint logistics centers, in order to alleviate the pressure on logistics costs and assist in exploring alternative markets. South Korea has implemented a five-month oil export ban since March 27th, prioritizing domestic supply.
