近日，工业和信息化部发布《2025年5G工厂典型应用实践》，共遴选出100个5G工厂典型应用实践项目。其中，新疆哈密三塘湖能源开发建设有限责任公司5G工厂、城山煤矿5G+智慧矿山、中安联合煤化有限责任公司5G智慧工厂3个涉煤项目入选。

国家统计局近日公布的数据显示，3月下旬，全国煤炭价格全面上涨。其中：无烟煤（洗中块）价格920元/吨，较上期上涨2.5%；山西优混（5500大卡）价格为756.3元/吨，较上期上涨2.7%；焦煤（主焦煤）价格为1495.8元/吨，较上期上涨5.3%；焦炭（准一级冶金焦）价格为1346.4元/吨，较上期持平。

Data released by the National Bureau of Statistics recently shows that in the last three weeks of March, the prices of coal across the country rose across the board. Specifically: The price of anthracite (washed medium lump) was 920 yuan per ton, up by 2.5% compared to the previous period; the price of high-quality Shanxi coal (5500 kcal) was 756.3 yuan per ton, up by 2.7% compared to the previous period; the price of coking coal (main coking coal) was 1495.8 yuan per ton, up by 5.3% compared to the previous period; the price of coke (first-class metallurgical coke) was 1346.4 yuan per ton, remaining unchanged compared to the previous period.

中国物流与采购联合会近日发布数据显示，2026年3月份中国大宗商品价格指数（CBPI）为129.9点，环比上涨4%，同比上涨14.5%。从指数运行情况来看，节后企业生产稳步回升，市场需求较好释放，供需双向均呈现积极变化，大宗商品市场向好基础进一步巩固。3月份能源价格指数快速走高，报110.7点，环比上涨16.5%，同比上涨10.7%。其中，焦煤价格1493.3元/吨，环比下降3.6%；焦炭价格1390.1元/吨，环比下降2.6%。

The China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing recently released data showing that in March 2026, the China Commodity Price Index (CBPI) was 129.9 points, up by 4% month-on-month and 14.5% year-on-year. 4月7日，郑州商品交易所发布《关于动力煤期货2704合约有关事项的公告》，经研究决定，调整动力煤期货2704合约的交易保证金标准为50%，涨跌停板幅度为10%。非期货公司会员或者客户单日开仓交易的最大数量为20手。

内蒙古 近日，内蒙古自治区人民政府印发《内蒙古自治区“人工智能+”行动实施方案（2026—2028年）》。方案提出，加强重点领域行业大模型攻关。运用“揭榜挂帅”等形式，引导各盟市立足资源禀赋与特色优势产业，开发落地行业大模型。支持呼和浩特市重点打造生物制造、乳业、草业大模型，包头市重点打造钢铁冶金、装备制造、稀土新材料大模型，鄂尔多斯市重点打造煤炭能源、现代煤化工、羊绒大模型，乌兰察布市重点打造铁合金大模型。其他盟市因地制宜开发落地特色行业大模型。遴选优质行业大模型项目，建立模型适配、复制、推广机制。

一季度，甘其毛都口岸通关过货完成1299.15万吨，同比增长46.47%，实现“开门红”。其中，进口煤炭1240.18万吨，增长46.21%。

陕西 据商务部重要生产资料市场监测系统显示，3月21日-27日，陕西省煤炭均价1181.2元/吨，环比上涨2.6%。其中，炼焦煤1383.3元/吨，环比上涨2.5%；动力煤650.3元/吨，环比上涨4.4%；无烟煤1510.0元/吨，环比上涨2.0%。

江西 据商务部重要生产资料监测系统显示，2026年3月，江西省煤炭价格为951.09元/吨，环比上涨4.4%。其中，炼焦煤1/3焦煤、动力煤发热量5000-5500大卡、无烟煤2号价格分别为1189.96元/吨、801.96元/吨、861.35元/吨，环比分别上涨7.5%、2.8%、1.8%。

Jiangxi: According to the important production materials monitoring system of the Ministry of Commerce, in March 2026, the price of coal in Jiangxi Province was 951.09 yuan per ton, up by 4.4% compared with the previous month. Among them, the prices of coking coal, 1/3 coking coal, thermal coal with calorific value of 5000-5500 calories, and anthracite No. 2 were 1189.96 yuan per ton, 801.96 yuan per ton, and 861.35 yuan per ton respectively, rising by 7.5%, 2.8%, and 1.8% respectively compared with the previous month.

湖南 据湖南省商务厅对全省生产资料流通市场监测数据显示，3月23日-29日，湖南省煤炭市场销售均价1113.75元/吨，上涨2.3%，同比持平。分品种看，无烟煤销售均价1375元/吨，上涨5.7%，同比下跌3.3%；烟煤销售均价852.5元/吨，上涨1.5%，同比上涨5.9%。

Hunan: According to the monitoring data on the provincial production materials circulation market by the Hunan Provincial Commerce Department, from March 23rd to 29th, the average selling price of coal in Hunan Province was 1,113.75 yuan per ton, rising by 2.3%, and remaining the same year-on-year. By product type, the average selling price of anthracite was 1,375 yuan per ton, rising by 5.7%, and falling by 3.3% year-on-year; the average selling price of bituminous coal was 852.5 yuan per ton, rising by 1.5%, and rising by 5.9% year-on-year.

宁夏 据商务部市场运行监测系统显示，3月23日-29日，宁夏煤炭价格686.67元/吨，上涨0.7%，其中炼焦煤上涨3.3%，动力煤、无烟煤均持平。

新疆 截至2025年末，新疆原煤产量增速连续4年居全国主要产煤省区首位，疆煤外运年均增长33.7%。为推动疆煤外运扩能增效，新疆正强化由兰新、临哈、格库铁路构成的“一主两翼”铁路运输体系建设。目前，格库铁路扩能改造工程、将淖铁路增建二线工程正加快建设，临河至哈密铁路扩能改造等重点疆煤外运项目已纳入国家“十五五”规划纲要。

甘肃 近日，甘肃省人民政府印发《甘肃省“新能源+”行动实施方案》。《方案》强调，推进煤炭与新能源融合发展。支持煤炭企业统筹煤炭与煤电、新能源产业布局，加大新能源投资开发力度。充分利用采煤沉陷区、工业广场、排土场、复垦区等场地，加快发展矿区风电光伏产业。

Fujian: According to the monitoring data of the important production materials monitoring system of the Ministry of Commerce, from March 23rd to 29th, the average price of coal in the monitoring sample enterprises in Fujian Province was 1,292.86 yuan per ton, with a month-on-month increase of 0.1%. Among them, the price of anthracite coal was 1,204.00 yuan per ton, with no change month-on-month; the price of bituminous coal was 1,337.29 yuan per ton, with a month-on-month increase of 0.1%.

3月30日，国能榆林能源公司郭家湾煤矿51210综采工作面投产，平均采高2.8米，工作面配套支架286台，刮板输送机长度达到502米，成为国内首个达到500米的综采工作面，标志着矿井在高产高效开采方面取得重大突破。

On April 8th, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Subulga Coal Mine project of Huaihe Energy Group was held in Yijinhuoluo Banner, Ordos City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The Subulga Coal Mine project is located in Subulga Town, Yijinhuoluo Banner, Ordos City. The mine has a vertical depth of 900 meters and is currently the deepest mine in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The mining area covers 79.3 square kilometers, with coal resources reserves of 1.657 billion tons and designed recoverable reserves of 975 million tons. The production capacity is 8 million tons per year, and a coal preparation plant of the same scale is also planned to be built.

铁路 大秦铁路4月8日发布公告称，2026年3月，公司核心经营资产大秦线完成货物运输量3754万吨，同比增长6.44%。日均运量121.10万吨。大秦线日均开行重车86.7列，其中：日均开行2万吨列车61.2列。2026年1-3月，大秦线累计完成货物运输量9686万吨，同比增长4.47%。
