广东省能源集团宣布，其阳江青洲一海上风电项目成功完成CCER（中国核证自愿减排量）项目登记。

The Guangdong Energy Group announced that its Yangjiang Qingzhou No.1 Offshore Wind Power Project has successfully completed the registration of the CCER (China Certified Emission Reduction) project.

这是自2024年1月中国CCER市场重启以来，该集团首个完成登记的项目，标志着其在碳资产开发与绿色低碳转型道路上迈出了实质性的一步。

This is the first project registered by this group since the restart of the Chinese CCER market in January 2024, marking a substantial step forward in the development of carbon assets and the green and low-carbon transformation process.

该项目不仅是简单的风电工程，更是一个技术标杆与绿色效益的结合体。它采用了国内领先的抗台风型11兆瓦风电机组，总装机容量达400兆瓦。

This project is not merely a simple wind power project; rather, it is a combination of a technical benchmark and green benefits. It employs the domestically advanced anti-tropical cyclone 11-megawatt wind turbine, with a total installed capacity of 400 megawatts.

项目配套建设了世界首座500千伏海上升压站及世界首条500千伏三芯海底电缆，成功突破了深远海风电的技术瓶颈。

The project has built the world's first 500-kilovolt offshore substation and the world's first 500-kilovolt three-core submarine cable, successfully breaking through the technical barriers of offshore wind power in deep waters.

据测算，该项目预计年均可实现二氧化碳减排量约40万吨，将为区域能源结构优化和“绿美广东”生态建设作出积极贡献。

According to the calculation, this project is expected to achieve an annual reduction of approximately 400,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions. It will make a positive contribution to the optimization of the regional energy structure and the ecological construction of "Green and Beautiful Guangdong".

此次成功登记，为广东省能源集团后续的CCER项目开发积累了宝贵经验。作为能源保供主力军，该集团“十四五”期间新能源装机规模已从259万千瓦跃升至超2000万千瓦，清洁能源占比大幅提升至56%。

This successful registration has accumulated valuable experience for the Guangdong Energy Group in the subsequent development of CCER projects. As a key force in ensuring energy supply, the group's installed capacity of new energy has increased from 25.9 million kilowatts to over 20 million kilowatts during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, and the proportion of clean energy has significantly risen to 56%.

集团表示，未来将继续深化碳资产价值挖掘，为推动能源绿色低碳转型贡献更大力量。
