中国石油网消息：3月20日，辽河油田储气库群结束第十轮采气，圆满完成去冬今春天然气调峰保供任务。

China Oil News: On March 20th, the gas storage complex of Liaohe Oilfield completed its tenth round of gas extraction and successfully fulfilled the task of peak regulation and supply of natural gas for last winter and this spring.

　　作为东北地区最大调峰保供中心，辽河油田储气库群本轮保供的多项核心指标创历年最优。其中，日采气量超3000万立方米的持续天数达50天，超3650万立方米的应急调峰连续保持23天，调峰时长与峰值气量均为历年之最。

As the largest peak-load and supply guarantee center in the northeastern region, the gas storage complex of Liaohe Oilfield has achieved several core indicators of this round of supply guarantee that are the best in history. Among them, the number of consecutive days with daily gas production exceeding 30 million cubic meters reached 50 days, and the emergency peak-load adjustment maintained for more than 23 days at a volume exceeding 36.5 million cubic meters. The duration of peak-load adjustment and the peak gas volume were both the best in history.

　　中石油辽油（辽宁）储气库公司（简称储气库公司）提前制定优化保供与应急方案，强化演练，完善突发事件应急处置流程。本采气期前，面对注采转换平衡期被压缩至9天的极端情况，储气库公司各部门高效协同，提前完成检修项目，实现了采注生产无缝衔接。

The PetroChina Liaoning Oil (Liaoning) Gas Storage and Utilization Company (referred to as the Gas Storage Company) has formulated optimized supply guarantee and emergency response plans in advance, strengthened drills, and improved the emergency response procedures for unexpected incidents. Before this gas extraction period, in the face of an extreme situation where the balance period for injection and extraction conversion was compressed to 9 days, all departments of the Gas Storage Company worked collaboratively efficiently and completed the maintenance projects in advance, achieving seamless connection between gas extraction and injection production.

　　采气期间，储气库公司创新实施“分库配产、大库调峰、小库尽采、兼顾排液”模式，多库联动、最大程度动用库存气。同时，通过易冻堵保温治理，紧盯冬季冻堵风险，全周期实现零冻堵、零非计划停车。

During the gas extraction period, the gas storage company innovatively implemented the "divided storage and production allocation, large storage for peak regulation, small storage for full extraction, and simultaneous liquid discharge" model. Multiple storage facilities were coordinated and the inventory gas was utilized to the fullest extent. At the same time, through measures for preventing freezing and clogging, the risk of freezing and clogging during winter was closely monitored, and zero freezing and clogging as well as zero unplanned shutdowns were achieved throughout the entire period.
