3月20日，四川省自然资源投资集团屏山油气区块首井“资源1井”正式开钻，将为四川建设国家清洁能源示范省、打造川渝地区天然气(页岩气)千亿立方米级产能基地提供重要支撑。

On March 20th, the first well of the Pingshan Oil and Gas Block of Sichuan Natural Resources Investment Group, named "Resource 1 Well", was officially drilled. This will provide crucial support for Sichuan's efforts to build a national clean energy demonstration province and to create a trillion-cubic-meter-scale natural gas (shale gas) production base in the Sichuan-Chongqing region.

屏山油气区块位于乐山市沐川县、马边彝族自治县和宜宾市屏山县，总面积594.24平方公里。该区块地质条件良好，具备多层系含气特征，其中以页岩气等非常规气为主的资源量达3299.66亿立方米，油气勘探潜力显著，开发价值较高。

The Pingshan oil and gas block is located in Mouchuan County of Leshan City, Mabian Yi Autonomous County and Pingshan County of Yibin City, covering a total area of 594.24 square kilometers. The geological conditions of this block are excellent, featuring multiple gas-bearing strata. The resource volume mainly consisting of unconventional gases such as shale gas is up to 329.966 billion cubic meters. The exploration potential of oil and gas is significant, and the development value is high.

通过高效开发，屏山油气区块力争今年年底实现见气目标，2033年达到15亿立方米/年产量规模。此次首井开钻，也是四川省属企业自主参与油气资源勘探开发的重要突破。此举大幅提升了省属企业在油气资源开发领域的话语权，也为四川油气开发形成央地企业资源互补、优势叠加、多方协同、互利共赢的新格局打造了全新的合作典范。

Through efficient development, the Pingshan oil and gas block aims to achieve the gas discovery target by the end of this year and reach a production scale of 1.5 billion cubic meters per year by 2033. The first well drilling this time is also an important breakthrough for Sichuan provincial enterprises to independently participate in oil and gas resource exploration and development. This move has significantly enhanced the discourse power of provincial enterprises in the field of oil and gas resource development, and has created a new cooperation model for the formation of complementary resources, overlapping advantages, multi-party collaboration and mutual benefit and win-win results in Sichuan's oil and gas development.
