近日，蜀道装备公司旗下成都深冷科技公司承建的尼日利亚LNG气化站二期工程顺利完成联调联试，标志着该项目建设圆满完成。项目投运后，将为当地35MW独立天然气发电厂提供清洁燃料，有效缓解该区域用电紧张情况，助力尼日利亚利用自身天然气资源优势、推动能源结构多元化。

Recently, the second phase project of the LNG gasification station in Nigeria, which was constructed by Chengdu Deep Cooling Technology Co., a subsidiary of Shu Dao Equipment Company, successfully completed the joint commissioning and testing. This marks the successful completion of the project construction. After the project is put into operation, it will provide clean fuel for the local 35MW independent natural gas power plant, effectively alleviating the electricity shortage in the region and helping Nigeria utilize its own natural gas resource advantages and promote the diversification of its energy structure.

作为尼日利亚能源领域的重要项目，该项目以液化天然气（LNG）为能源，为燃气发电机组提供燃料气。项目分为一、二期有序推进，成都深冷科技公司深度参与了全周期建设，承担了两期工程的工艺包及整套设备的供货、调试及相关培训任务。一期工程已于2023年成功投产，稳定运行两年，累计向燃气发电机组供应天然气超7000万立方米，为稳定当地电力供应和能源安全提供了坚实保障。二期工程新建3000m³LNG储罐及配套设备，通过低温储存、快速增压、高效气化、稳定复热、智能调压，进一步提升了燃气供应的可靠性和稳定性。

As an important project in the energy sector of Nigeria, this project uses liquefied natural gas (LNG) as its energy source and provides fuel gas for gas-fired power generation units. The project is being implemented in two phases and is progressing smoothly. Chengdu Deep Cold Technology Company has deeply participated in the entire construction process and is responsible for the supply of process packages and the entire set of equipment for both phases of the project, as well as the commissioning and related training tasks. The first phase of the project was successfully put into operation in 2023 and has been operating stably for two years. It has supplied over 70 million cubic meters of natural gas to the gas-fired power generation units, providing a solid guarantee for stable local power supply and energy security. The second phase of the project builds a 3,000 m³ LNG storage tank and related equipment. Through low-temperature storage, rapid pressurization, efficient gasification, stable reheating, and intelligent pressure regulation, it further enhances the reliability and stability of gas supply.

为提升该项目建设质效，在项目建设过程中，公司工程团队发扬“铁人”精神，直面40多度高温天气挑战，按期高质量完成3000m³LNG储罐建设。在项目调试期间，公司工程团队在开展仪表调试、管道吹扫等工作的同时，为尼方当地技术人员进行了全面和仔细地培训，确保技术扎实落地。目前，二期工程已成功实现并网发电并通过性能可靠性试验，为后续稳定供气奠定了坚实基础，赢得了客户的高度认可。

To enhance the quality and efficiency of this project construction, during the project implementation process, the company's engineering team carried forward the "Iron Man" spirit and bravely faced the challenge of over 40 degrees Celsius high temperatures. They completed the construction of the 3,000 m³ LNG storage tank on schedule and with high quality. During the project commissioning period, the company's engineering team, while conducting instrument debugging, pipeline purging and other work, provided comprehensive and meticulous training to the local technicians of the Nigerian side to ensure the solid implementation of the technology. Currently, the second phase project has successfully achieved grid connection and power generation and passed performance and reliability tests, laying a solid foundation for stable gas supply and winning high recognition from the customers.
