中国石油网消息：截至6月2日，兰州石化公司今年的乙烯产量达到65.7万吨，累计突破2000万吨大关，标志着乙烯生产迈上新台阶。

China Petroleum Network News: As of June 2nd, the ethylene output of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company this year has reached 657,000 tons, having surpassed the 20 million ton mark for the first time, marking a new milestone in ethylene production.

作为重要的化工基础原料，2000万吨乙烯可支撑超300亿件食品包装、数百亿件纺织服饰、近5亿台电视机外壳、400亿个医用输液袋及1000亿支药用安瓿瓶的生产供给。

As an important basic chemical raw material, 20 million tons of ethylene can support the production and supply of over 30 billion pieces of food packaging, hundreds of billions of pieces of textile and clothing items, nearly 500 million TV shells, 40 billion medical infusion bags, and 100 billion medical ampoule bottles.

在乙烯生产中，兰州石化坚持“大平稳出大效益”原则，在原料、运行、管理等环节实施了一系列精细化举措。持续改进实施拔头油系统“分储分裂”运行模式，将不同性质原料分类储存、分类裂解，减少原料在线切换频次，有效提升乙烯收率；创新运用时序大模型，推动装置操作从经验判断向预知性动态调整转变，使运行参数更加精准。

It has implemented a series of refined measures in the aspects of raw materials, operation and management. It continuously improved the "separate storage and separation" operation mode of the head oil system, storing and cracking different types of raw materials separately, reducing the frequency of online material switching, and effectively increasing the ethylene yield; it innovatively applied the time series large model to promote the transformation of the plant operation from experience-based judgment to predictive dynamic adjustment, making the operation parameters more accurate.

近年来，兰州石化采用中国石油自有技术建成投用了80万吨/年乙烷制乙烯装置，完成了从“粮煤化工—干气制乙烯—重质油裂解—乙烷制乙烯”4次技术迭代，关键核心技术实现自主可控。通过多年来的乙烯核心技术攻关，兰州石化已累计攻克百余项关键难题，自主研发形成多项具有完全自主知识产权的成套技术体系。

In recent years, Lanzhou Petrochemical has built and put into operation an 800,000-ton-per-year ethane-to-ethylene plant using its own technology from China National Petroleum Corporation. It has completed four technological iterations from "grain and coal chemical industry - dry gas to ethylene - heavy oil cracking - ethane to ethylene". The key core technologies have achieved independent control. Through years of core technology research and development on ethylene, Lanzhou Petrochemical has cumulatively overcome more than a hundred key problems and independently developed and formed a number of complete sets of technologies with independent intellectual property rights.

同时，在乙烯产品结构优化上，持续延伸高端产业链，培育打造高端聚烯烃、合成橡胶等多条高附加值产业链，逐步形成“基础原料保障+高端材料突破”的产业发展新格局。
