中国石油网消息 4月2日,青海油田涩北气田15号集气总站,轰鸣的压缩机旁,高效换热器正将机组运行中的废弃余热“变废为宝”,为员工生产生活提供清洁稳定热源。

China Oil News: On April 2nd, at the No. 15 gathering station of Shibi Gas Field in Qinghai Oilfield, beside the roaring compressors, the efficient heat exchangers are converting the waste heat generated during the operation of the machinery into a valuable resource, providing a clean and stable heat source for the employees' daily lives and production.


涩北气田聚焦生产环节能源浪费的痛点,在15号集气总站建成压缩机余热回收利用项目。

The Shibi gas field has targeted the problem of energy waste in the production process and has completed the construction of a project for recovering and reusing the waste heat from compressors at the No. 15 gathering station.


该项目可将压缩机运行中约70%的废弃余热回收转化为供暖能源,替代规模达250千瓦时,为台南倒班点供暖、供生活热水及为站内仪控室稳定供热。2025年以来,节约天然气198万立方米。

This project can convert approximately 70% of the waste heat generated during compressor operation into heating energy, replacing a capacity of 250 kilowatt-hours. It provides heating for the shift stations in Tainan, supplies hot water for daily use, and ensures stable heating for the instrument control rooms within the station. Since 2025, it has saved 1.98 million cubic meters of natural gas.


涩北气田同步推进低压气密闭回收、三甘醇脱水装置“气改电”改造,实现生产环节“近零”排放,摆脱了对燃气的依赖,2025年以来节约天然气80万立方米,能源利用效率显著提升。

The Shiben gas field is simultaneously carrying out the low-pressure gas sealing recovery project and the "gas-to-electricity" transformation of the triethylene glycol dehydration unit, achieving "near-zero" emissions in the production process and eliminating reliance on natural gas. Since 2025, it has saved 800,000 cubic meters of natural gas, and the energy utilization efficiency has significantly improved.


依托“光伏+气改电+余热回收”多能互补体系,气田清洁替代项目累计发电量达2700余万千瓦时,节气量270余万立方米,年减排二氧化碳超1.8万吨。

Relying on the multi-energy complementary system of "photovoltaic + gas-to-electricity conversion + waste heat recovery", the clean substitution project of the gas field has cumulatively generated over 27 million kilowatt-hours of electricity, saved over 2.7 million cubic meters of gas, and reduced over 18,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions annually.
