中国石油网消息:4月2日,中油测井新疆分公司C3502作业队凭借“双井联动”模式连续攻坚,高效完成天湾3井、天湾101井两口超8200米重点井油管传输射孔测试联作施工,施工效率提升超40%,创下该区域超深井施工效率新纪录。

China Oil News: On April 2nd, the C3502 operation team of China Oil Well Testing Company's Xinjiang Branch, relying on the "dual-well linkage" mode, successfully overcame difficulties and efficiently completed the oil pipe transmission perforation test joint operation for two key wells, namely Tianwan 3 Well and Tianwan 101 Well, with a depth exceeding 8,200 meters. The construction efficiency was increased by over 40%, setting a new record for the construction efficiency of ultra-deep wells in this area.


此次施工的两口井地处准噶尔盆地南缘复杂勘探区域,面临高温高压、井况复杂、施工强度大等多重考验。为切实助力区域勘探进程提速提效,作业队提前统筹资源、前置关键工序,在天湾3井正式施工作业前,已提前将天湾101井射孔器材全部运抵现场,高效完成器材校验、工具调试、人员部署等各项筹备工作,构建起两口井“梯次推进、无缝衔接”的施工格局,最大程度压缩工期。

The two wells involved in this construction project are located in a complex exploration area at the southern edge of the Junggar Basin. They are confronted with multiple challenges such as high temperatures, high pressure, complex well conditions, and intense construction requirements. To effectively accelerate and enhance the regional exploration process, the operation team has comprehensively planned resources in advance and advanced key procedures. Before the official construction of Tianwan 3 Well, all the perforation equipment for Tianwan 101 Well had been transported to the site in advance, and various preparatory tasks such as equipment calibration, tool debugging, and personnel deployment were efficiently completed. This established a construction pattern where the two wells were "progressing in sequence and seamlessly connected", minimizing the construction period to the greatest extent.


施工期间,作业队开启单队双井场同步攻坚模式,技术专家全程驻井把关、精准指导,确保联动施工不松质量、不碰安全红线。全程严守安全环保与质量管控要求,实现“快速施工”与“优质施工”双向兼顾。最终,两口超深重点井射孔一次成功率均为100%。

During the construction period, the operation team adopted a dual-well-field simultaneous breakthrough strategy for individual teams. Technical experts were stationed at the wells throughout the process to supervise and provide precise guidance, ensuring that the joint construction maintained the quality standards and did not cross the safety red line. The entire process strictly adhered to safety, environmental protection, and quality control requirements, achieving a balance between "rapid construction" and "high-quality construction". Eventually, the perforation success rates for both of the two ultra-deep key wells were 100%.
