On April 6, Hebei Baoding Thermal Power Phase 9 2×350 MW Project Unit 13, which was built by China Energy Construction Tianjin Power Construction and North China Electric Power Pilot Research Institute responsible for monomer commissioning, passed 168 hours of full load trial operation and was officially put into commercial operation. The project is the expansion project of Datang Baoding Thermal Power Plant, located in the west of Baoding National High-tech Industrial Development Zone. It is a key livelihood project in Baoding City's air pollution prevention and control battle and the solution of heating gap. It is the first new cogeneration project in China to apply low-pressure cylinder cutting cylinder heating technology on two 350 MW steam turbines. The project built two domestic coal-fired supercritical reheat extraction steam heating units, using low-pressure cylinder zero output technology, the annual average power generation standard coal consumption reached the leading level of the same type of units in China. After the completion of the project, it is expected that the annual power generation will reach 3.5 billion KWH, the industrial steam extraction will be about 240 tons/hour, the heating capacity will be about 722 MW, and the affordable heating and heating area will be 13.47 million square meters, which will play an important role in alleviating the winter heating pressure of Baoding City, improving the quality of life of residents, helping the local economic and social development, and achieving the goal of carbon peak carbon neutral. |
