Monitoring of greenhouse gas emissions involves two types: online monitoring of environmental greenhouse gases and monitoring of greenhouse gas emissions from stationary pollution sources.

Its monitoring characteristics: The concentration is relatively low, and the accuracy requirement is high. Especially for the precise measurement of the minute changes in the environmental atmosphere over the years, so the requirements for the instrument's accuracy and range are also high.

Online monitoring of gas emissions from fixed pollution sources: The main monitoring target is the CO2 emission volume.

Carbon emissions in the industrial sector mainly concentrate in industries such as electricity, metallurgy and steel, cement, and petrochemicals.


GXH-9024是我公司研制的新一代温室气体在线监测系统,可连续在线监测工业领域各固定污染源排放口中各温室气体含量,也可安装在环境大气监测点在线监测温室气体各组分含量(需要配备不同的仪器及气象或烟气参数)。

GXH-9024 is a new-generation online greenhouse gas monitoring system developed by our company. It can continuously monitor the content of various greenhouse gases in the emission outlets of all fixed pollution sources in the industrial field. It can also be installed at environmental atmospheric monitoring points to monitor the content of various components of greenhouse gases online (different instruments and meteorological or flue gas parameters need to be equipped).

1.系统组成

GXH-9024温室气体在线监测系统,主要是温度监测系统子系统(各温室气体含量监测)、烟气参数监测子系统(温度、压力、流速湿度等)、系统控制及数据采集处理子系统等部分组成。

1.System Composition

The GXH-9024 greenhouse gas online monitoring system is mainly composed of the temperature monitoring subsystem (for monitoring the content of each greenhouse gas), the flue gas parameter monitoring subsystem (including temperature, pressure, flow rate, humidity, etc.), and the system control and data acquisition and processing subsystem, etc.

2.工作原理

9024B固定污染源监测系统:系统安装在工业气体排放点,从排放口由采样探头从进行取样,样气通过取样探杆进入取样探头内,经过陶瓷滤芯过滤后,除去样气中的粉尘;取样探头通过加热器加热到120℃,防止样气在经过取样探头后产生冷凝水。来自取样探头的样气经过高温伴热管线,在高温泵的作用下样气进入加热盒(120℃)内,样气预处理放置于加热测量盒内,经过多级过滤器进一步除尘后,一部分气体直接进入红外分析仪,其余气体安全排放,由PLC控制气动球阀定时对取样探头和管线进行反吹。

分析仪器采用非分散红外气体分析仪,该系统可针对常规场合、防爆区域等分别进行设计。

2. Working Principle

9024B Fixed Pollutant Source Monitoring System: The system is installed at the industrial gas emission point. Sampling is conducted from the emission outlet using a sampling probe, and the sample gas passes through the sampling probe via the sampling probe rod and enters the sampling probe. After passing through a ceramic filter, the dust in the sample gas is removed. The sampling probe is heated to 120°C by a heater to prevent condensation water from forming after the sample gas passes through the sampling probe. The sample gas from the sampling probe is sent through a high-temperature heating pipeline and, under the action of a high-temperature pump, enters the heating box (120°C) inside. The sample gas pre-treatment is placed in the heating measurement box, and after being further dust-filtered by multiple filters, a portion of the gas directly enters the infrared analyzer, while the remaining gas is safely discharged. The pneumatic ball valve is controlled by PLC to perform timed backflushing of the sampling probe and the pipeline.

The analytical instrument adopts a non-dispersive infrared gas analyzer. This system can be designed separately for regular scenarios and explosion-proof areas.

QGS-08CN温室气体分析仪可以测量气体混合物(样气)中某一气体或几种气体的体积百分比(即浓度),采用NDIR+PAS(红外光声光谱)原理。

The QGS-08CN greenhouse gas analyzer can measure the volume percentage (i.e. concentration) of a single gas or several gases in a gas mixture (sample gas), using the NDIR + PAS (infrared photoacoustic spectroscopy) principle.


仪器采用了数字化处理技术,其零点/量程的校准、线性化处理、温度补偿、组分之间的交叉补偿、开关量输出控制及输出通道选择、电流输出及输出通道选择、系统设置等功能。通讯功能包括RS232、RS485(支持MODBUS-RTU协议),经一条通讯线缆,可将其测量信息等发送给其他数字设备(计算机、DCS系统),可用于实现仪器状态的远程在线监测

The instrument adopts digital processing technology, featuring zero point/range calibration, linearization processing, temperature compensation, cross-compensation between components, switch quantity output control and output channel selection, current output and output channel selection, system settings, and communication functions including RS232, RS485 (supporting MODBUS-RTU protocol). Through a single communication cable, its measurement information and other data can be sent to other digital devices (computers, DCS systems), enabling remote online monitoring of the instrument's status.
