据中共山西省委宣传部、山西省人民政府新闻办公室举行“开局起步‘十五五’”系列主题第三场新闻发布会(阳泉市专场)介绍，十五五期间，阳泉将在守牢守好安全生产底线的前提下，不断提升煤、电供应安全韧性水平。

According to the third session of the "Starting Point and Initial Stage of the 15th Five-Year Plan" series of press conferences (organized by the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China Shanxi Provincial Committee and the Information Office of the Shanxi Provincial People's Government), during the 15th Five-Year Plan period, Yangquan will, while firmly maintaining the bottom line of safety production, continuously enhance the resilience of coal and electricity supply security.

煤炭方面，将守牢稳产保供、煤电兜底调峰这个基本盘，筑牢能源安全底线。我们要做好“煤科学”这篇大文章，推动煤炭从燃料向高附加值材料转变。建成西上庄、坤宁等现代化矿井，确保煤炭产能稳定在5600万吨/年左右，其中先进产能占比稳定在95%以上。

In terms of coal, we will firmly hold onto the basic position of ensuring stable production and supply, and guaranteeing the role of coal in power generation and peak load regulation. We need to focus on the "science of coal" and promote the transformation of coal from a fuel to a high-value-added material. We will build modern mines such as Xishangzhuang and Kuning, ensuring that the coal production capacity remains stable at around 56 million tons per year, with the proportion of advanced production capacity remaining above 95%.

电力方面，将全力打造新型综合能源基地，统筹风光火储一体化布局，高标准建成国家级零碳园区，到“十五五”末，可再生能源装机规模达到480万千瓦、储能达到200万千瓦以上。

In terms of power, we will strive to build a new type of comprehensive energy base, coordinate the integrated layout of wind, solar, thermal and storage power generation, and complete the construction of a national zero-carbon park. By the end of the "14th Five-Year Plan" period， the installed capacity of renewable energy will reach 4.8 million kilowatts and the storage capacity will exceed 2 million kilowatts.

开工建设阳光电厂二期2×100万千瓦“上大压小”项目，开展4座现役电厂的新一代煤电机组升级专项行动，提升火电机组的调节和保障能力;建设盂县上社抽水蓄能电站和多技术路线的新型储能项目，保障电力系统运行安全稳定。

The construction of the second phase of the "upgrading large-scale plants and reducing small-scale plants" project of the Sunshine Power Plant, involving two 100-megawatt units, has begun. A special action to upgrade the new generation of coal-fired power units in four existing power plants has also been launched to enhance the regulation and security capabilities of thermal power plants. The construction of the Shangshe Pumped Storage Power Station in Yuxian County and new energy storage projects with multiple technical routes has been carried out to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power system.

同时将以能源转型9条路径为牵引，聚焦阳泉市煤炭智能绿色开采、低热值煤高效利用、全浓度瓦斯综合利用、熔盐储热等特色领域，加强技术攻关和成果转化。

At the same time, guided by the 9 paths of energy transformation, we will focus on the key areas such as intelligent and green coal mining in Yangquan City, efficient utilization of low calorific coal, comprehensive utilization of all-concentration gas, and molten salt heat storage, and strengthen technological research and the transformation of achievements.

还将在“人工智能+能源”方面进行积极探索，布局“AI+煤矿治理”，将人工智能与煤矿安全开采、减人增效深度结合起来，推动技术创新、场景创新、产业创新深度融合，不断释放煤科学对新型能源体系建设的驱动效能。

We will also conduct in-depth exploration in the field of "artificial intelligence + energy", and lay out the "AI + coal mine management" strategy. We will integrate artificial intelligence with coal mine safe mining, personnel reduction and efficiency improvement, and deeply combine technological innovation, scenario innovation and industrial innovation to promote a deep integration of these elements. We aim to continuously unleash the driving effect of coal science on the construction of the new energy system.

阳泉市位于山西省东部，地处沁水煤田东北部，煤炭资源得天独厚，具有埋藏浅、储量大、易开采、质量高等优点。阳泉矿区含煤面积1835平方公里，地质储量173亿吨，其中阳泉市行政区域范围内含煤面积1051平方公里，地质储量102亿吨。

Yangquan City is located in the eastern part of Shanxi Province, in the northeastern part of the Qinshui Coalfield. It enjoys abundant coal resources with the advantages of shallow burial, large reserves, easy mining and high quality. The coal-bearing area of the Yangquan mining area is 1835 square kilometers, with geological reserves of 173 billion tons. Among them, the coal-bearing area within the administrative region of Yangquan City is 1051 square kilometers, with geological reserves of 102 billion tons.

阳泉矿区煤种70%以上为低硫低灰优质无烟煤，灰分10-20%，含硫0.5-0.7%，发热量8000大卡/千克以上。是全国最大的无烟煤生产基地之一‌。

The coal type in Yangquan mining area accounts for over 70% of low-sulfur and low-ash high-quality anthracite. The ash content is 10-20%, sulfur content is 0.5-0.7%, and the calorific value is over 8000 calories per kilogram. It is one of the largest anthracite production bases in the country.

阳泉市政府网站数据显示，全市现有煤矿53座，2025年原煤产量5373.3万吨。

Data from the Yangquan Municipal Government's website shows that there are currently 53 coal mines in the city, and the planned output of raw coal in 2025 is 5373.3 million tons.

近年来，为了实现可持续性发展，阳泉煤炭工业大力进行产业、产品结构调整，整合煤炭资源，积极推动煤电铝一体化和煤化工，借助煤炭资源加快实现转型跨越发展。
