近日，国家能源局正式对内蒙古能源集团同盛色连煤炭开发有限公司布拉格煤矿产能置换承诺书出具复函，标志着达拉特旗重大能源项目--布拉格煤矿建设取得关键突破，为项目后续核准落地、开工建设筑牢核心前置基础。

Recently, the National Energy Administration officially issued a reply to the capacity replacement commitment letter of the Blagor Coal Mine of Tongsheng Chelian Coal Development Co., Ltd. of Inner Mongolia Energy Group. This marks a key breakthrough in the major energy project of Daratui Banner - the construction of the Blagor Coal Mine, laying a crucial pre-condition foundation for the subsequent approval and construction of the project.

布拉格煤矿是高头窑矿区总体规划(修编)的新建矿井，也是内蒙古能源集团首个新建千万吨级井工煤矿，核心矿区坐落于达拉特旗境内。

The Prague Coal Mine is a newly-built mine under the overall planning (revision) of the Gaotiao Cave Mining Area. It is also the first newly-built million-ton underground coal mine of Inner Mongolia Energy Group. The core mining area is located in Daratai Banner.

项目规划井田总面积84.81平方公里，煤炭资源储量达10.69亿吨，设计年产能力1000万吨，包含800万吨常规产能、200万吨储备产能，设计服务年限42.5年，同步配套建设同等规模选煤厂，项目预计总投资约112亿元。

The total area of the mining field for this project is 84.81 square kilometers. The coal resource reserves amount to 1.069 billion tons. The designed annual production capacity is 10 million tons, including 8 million tons of regular production capacity and 2 million tons of reserve production capacity. The designed service life is 42.5 years. Simultaneously, a coal preparation plant of the same scale will be constructed. The estimated total investment of the project is approximately 11.2 billion yuan.

项目建成达产后，预计年实现营业收入超38亿元，年均利润总额14亿元。

After the project is completed and put into operation, it is expected to achieve an annual operating income of over 3.8 billion yuan and an average annual profit of 1.4 billion yuan.

内蒙古能源集团是内蒙古自治区国有资本投资公司试点企业，现有新能源及运维、火电及供热、煤炭、建设服务四大主营产业板块。其中煤炭权益储量超150亿吨，在产煤矿2座。

The Inner Mongolia Energy Group is a pilot enterprise for state-owned capital investment in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It currently has four main business sectors: new energy and operation, thermal power and heating, coal, and construction services. Among them, the equity reserves of coal resources exceed 15 billion tons, and there are 2 operating coal mines.

高头窑矿区为国家规划矿区，由东区和西区两部分组成，总面积798平方公里，煤炭资源量103亿吨。矿区划分为5个井田、2个中小型露天煤矿整合改造区和2个勘查区，规划煤矿规模合计4800万吨/年。2025年2月高头窑矿区总体规划(修编)获得国家发展改革委批复。

The Gaotiao Coal Mine area is a national planning mining area, consisting of the eastern and western sections. The total area is 798 square kilometers and the coal reserves amount to 1.03 billion tons. The mining area is divided into 5 mining fields, 2 integrated and renovated large and medium-sized open-pit coal mines, and 2 exploration areas. The planned coal mine scale totals 4.8 million tons per year. On February 2025, the overall planning (revised) of the Gaotiao Coal Mine area was approved by the National Development and Reform Commission.
