中国石油网消息：截至9月17日，中国石油数字化转型重点推广项目——青海油田生产运营平台，已圆满完成46个标准应用场景搭建，落地331项一级、919项二级功能部署与集成，为满足智运2.0及生产运营平台用数需求奠定了坚实基础，标志着青海油田在数字化转型、智能化发展上迈出关键一步。

China Oil News: As of September 17th, the key digital transformation project of China National Petroleum Corporation - the production and operation platform of Qinghai Oilfield, has successfully completed the construction of 46 standard application scenarios, and has implemented 331 first-level and 919 second-level functional deployments and integrations. This has laid a solid foundation for meeting the data usage requirements of the Smart Operation 2.0 and the production and operation platform, marking a crucial step in the digital transformation and intelligent development of Qinghai Oilfield.

项目建设中，青海油田紧扣集团公司“五条主线”建设要求和系统用数需求，聚焦“储量、产量、电量”三大核心生产任务，依托集团公司统一平台与数据环境，择优集成整合内部自建系统，全面打通三级业务协同链路，构建起规范、高效、优质的企业数据底座。

During the project construction, Qinghai Oilfield closely adhered to the construction requirements of the group company's "five main lines" and the system's data usage needs. It focused on the three core production tasks of "reserves, production volume, and electricity generation", relying on the unified platform and data environment of the group company. It selectively integrated and consolidated internal self-built systems, fully打通ed the three-level business collaboration links， and constructed a standardized， efficient and high-quality enterprise data foundation.

依据集团公司《生产运营平台推广阶段业务上线标准清单》，目前青海油田涉及的196项核心业务指标全部达标，顺利通过上线验收。同时，依托平台建设成果，完成11类核心应用建设。在计划管理领域，标准化落地年度、月度油气生产计划上报下达流程，实现集团、专业公司、油田三级计划业务贯通；在生产运行领域，覆盖原油、天然气等9大场景，打通产储运销全环节数据壁垒；在设备管理领域，接入1.2万余条设备台账及核心监测数据，实现设备全生命周期线上管控。此外，在应急协调、安全环保领域，也取得了显著成效。

According to the "Business Online Launch Standard List for the Promotion Phase of the Production Operation Platform" of the Group Company, all 196 core business indicators involved in Qinghai Oilfield have met the standards and successfully passed the online launch acceptance. At the same time, based on the platform construction achievements, 11 types of core applications have been completed. In the planning management field, the annual and monthly oil and gas production plan reporting and distribution process has been standardized and implemented, achieving the integration of planning business at the group, professional company, and oilfield levels; in the production operation field, it covers 9 major scenarios such as crude oil and natural gas, and breaks through the data barriers in the entire production, storage, transportation, and sales process; in the equipment management field, over 12,000 equipment ledgers and core monitoring data have been connected, enabling online control of the equipment's entire life cycle. In addition, significant achievements have also been made in emergency coordination and safety and environmental protection fields.

青海油田搭建覆盖9大业务领域的统一数据模型，建成三类标准化数据模型，圆满完成9项主数据贯标工作，集团各类主数据入湖率达100%，累计形成近7万条规范数据字段、290个标准化数据产品，全面支撑系统核心数据需求。实现8大业务领域187张生产报表自动生成，报表制作时长缩短50%，为生产决策提供高效精准的数据支撑。

The Qinghai Oilfield has established a unified data model covering 9 major business areas, and has completed three types of standardized data models. It has successfully completed 9 major data standardization projects. The rate of all group's main data entering the oilfield has reached 100%. A total of nearly 70,000 standard data fields and 290 standardized data products have been formed, fully supporting the core data requirements of the system. 187 production reports in 8 major business areas have been automatically generated, and the time for report preparation has been shortened by 50%, providing efficient and accurate data support for production decisions.
