9月6日，中国石油长庆油田第一采气厂作业三区技术员雷景皓正通过气井智能生产管控平台，实时跟踪中19集气站新投产的靖平**—*气井运行情况。进入9月，第一采气厂已有3口新井接连加入“生产阵列”，成为天然气上产的“新鲜血液”。截至目前，今年全厂已投产新井110口，累计贡献天然气1.0693亿立方米，为气田稳产注入“硬核”动能。

On September 6th, Lei Jinghao, a technician from the Third Operation Zone of the First Gas Production Plant of China National Petroleum's Changqing Oilfield, was using the intelligent production control platform for gas wells to monitor the operation of the Jingping **-* gas well that was newly put into production at the Zhong19 gathering station. As September progressed, the first gas production plant had three new wells successively joining the "production array", becoming the "fresh blood" for natural gas production. As of now, the plant has put 110 new wells into operation this year, contributing a total of 106.93 million cubic meters of natural gas, providing "core" impetus for the stable production of the gas field.

Scientifically and dynamically optimize well location deployment, strengthen benchmarking management of drilling cycles, and implement the supporting "daily tracking, weekly analysis, monthly summary" promotion mechanism to ensure that the phased goals and key nodes are under control, achieving efficient connection of all processes. At the same time, complete the handling of procedures and material reserves in advance, achieving "immediate production after testing, immediate effect after production", running out the "acceleration" of capacity construction.

严控风险，拧紧生产“安全阀”。面对夏秋换季期复杂多变的天气和“秋老虎”高温考验，制定专项应对方案，保障产建现场平稳有序。构建“三位一体”质量管控体系，推行“标准化”施工管理，统一技术规范和质量标准，关键工序验收合格率保持100%。通过QHSE网格化管理、领导干部承包制等举措，压实各级安全责任；严抓井控环保管理，推行危险作业挂牌督办，投产环节执实施“双监护”制度，确保重大作业全过程受控。

Strictly control risks and tighten the "safety valve" of production. In the face of the complex and changeable weather during the summer-autumn transition period and the "autumn heat" high-temperature challenge, formulate special response plans to ensure the stable and orderly operation of the production and construction sites. Build a "three-in-one" quality control system, implement "standardized" construction management, unify technical specifications and quality standards, and maintain a 100% qualification rate for key process acceptance. Through measures such as QHSE grid management and the leader responsibility system, the safety responsibilities at all levels are； strictly enforce well control and environmental protection management， implement the supervision for dangerous operations， and implement the "double supervision" system during the commissioning process， to ensure that all major operations are under control throughout the process.

协同发力，激活上产“新动能”。建立“1+N”跨部门协作保障机制，由生产运行部门统筹协调，地质、工艺、安全、通信、物质等多专业组建“智囊团”，为地面工程的顺利投运提供全方位技术支撑和物资保障，高效破解投产难题。各作业区成立投产专项小组，强化安全监督、方案落实、现场操作、仪表调校、应急抢险等关键环节，借助“远程监控+现场联动”数字化手段，确保新井一次性投产成功率达100%。

Geology, process, safety, communication, materials and other multiple specialties form a "brain trust" to provide comprehensive technical support and material guarantees for the smooth operation of ground projects, efficiently solving the problems of production commissioning. Each operation area establishes a commissioning special team, strengthening safety supervision, plan implementation, on-site operation, instrument calibration, emergency rescue and other key links. By leveraging digital means of "remote monitoring + on-site linkage", they ensure that the success rate of new well commissioning reaches 100% upon the first attempt.

当前，第一采气厂技术人员正精心“调校”新井生产参数，通过动态分析持续优化采气方案，最大限度释放每口新井潜能。随着新建产能持续加入，全厂上下正开足马力，全力冲刺三季度产量目标，为全年稳产上产积蓄强劲动能。

Currently, the technicians of the First Gas Extraction Plant are meticulously adjusting the production parameters of the new wells. Through dynamic analysis, they are continuously optimizing the gas extraction plan to fully unleash the potential of each new well. As the newly built production capacity continues to be added, the entire plant is operating at full capacity, striving to achieve the production target for the third quarter. This is to accumulate strong momentum for maintaining and increasing production throughout the year.
